Simple order, added on a pretzel bites at the window. When my food was ready the manager brought out my old ticket before the add on. I told him I was missing the pretzel bites but I never received a receipt at the window. He assured me that the bag on the receipt was what I was charged and never actually went to check inside about the pretzel bites so I left. I checked my bank account and saw they did charge me for the pretzel bites I never received. I called and let a team member know I was charged for food that not only I didn’t receive but that the manager told me I wasn’t charged for. They proceeded to blame me for adding on a menu item at the window and said, “So is that what happened then?” Yes, that’s what happened. I didn’t realize you were going to charge me for food and not give it to me, I guess that’s my fault. They offered to mail me a free pretzel bites though. Read moreThis is the SECOND time I've placed an online order for just a concrete mixer, and have had to wait over 10 minutes for it. This time when I walked in, I let the team members know I've waited awhile for my mixer, and the girl handed me this thing that's been sitting out, melted. I put it back on the counter and asked if she could make me another one since this has been sitting out for over 10 minutes. She just looked at me like I completely inconvenienced her, and her coworkers laughed like this was a joke, all while the manager looked at me and said absolutely NOTHING, pretending like this wasn't a big deal (mind you this is the same manager who messed up last time, and tried to say that I wasn't there when I in fact WAS). They hand me my new mixer, and I start to walk away when I notice that they just left the old one on the counter, so I threw it away for them.

I was shocked to say the least so I called Jerry the owner who acted nice at the moment and promised he would make it up to me and call when he was at the location and invite me to a free meal. I thought that was nice and I could show the youngster that his business should not be run this way. .. But alas, It looks like jerry after 3 more phone calls has ignored his loyal customer of over 12 years now but no longer, the quality of the food years ago made this place great but lately it is on par with Mcdonalds-- Just bad!
