Came on a Sunday for an early dinner because my wife wanted to come. I had a previous bad experience here and swore myself off the corporate stuff. To be blunt, the food was terrible the last time. Tasted like they added Windex... I gave in to the wife. We tried a bit of several dishes: Calamari to start- Good portion size for appetizer. Ok on the texture and taste. (Not so rubbery as before). Great salad but soup had good flavor but ran like an Olympic sprinter. Chicken gnocchi. We shared the sampler. Taste of Italy I believe. Thumbs up on the chicken parm and fettuccine but the lasagna had to go. A much better job overall but the still need some improvements in food quality. I gave a 4-star because I want to be fair. Great clean restaurant. Somewhat elegant for the prices. And then there is the staff: Dawson was a great waiter. Checked us and was fast. Great personality. As well as the girls upfront. I'd say you get what you pay for and if you are in town then you'd be okay if you came here. It won't be a regular to me, but I would come back w friends or the wife again if they wanted to.

the servers we had were overall good expect one man who was extremely rude. we told him we were not ready to order then he looked at us like we were crazy and mumbled under his breath. then somebody else took over. so we had like 3 servers. confusing on who to tip. the last server we had, even though she was new. she did great. the food was not so good. i ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and it needed salt and pepper DESPERATELY. and also it was supposed to have bacon and it did not. my wife ordered the tour of italy and it looked like they made her food out of the trash, it also needed seasoning. alfredo sauce was good but that’s it. the salad was soo dry we couldn’t even eat it. i felt like i was a rabbit in their olive garden cage. our drinks were horrible too. i got a daiquiri and it tasted like a regular smoothie. not a drop of alcohol was put in there i don’t think. my wife got a pina colada and she said it also tasted of no alcohol. definitely a wasted mother’s day as far as the dinner went. thanks olive garden!

Olive Garden has been our favorite spot from when we came to US. It’s one of our family favorite places. We went there yesterday simply because our in-laws wanted to take us there. It was a really beautiful experience. We all ordered soup this time as we love their minestrone and because in the cool evening wanted something warm. Then for main course my father in-law ordered Chicken Scampi, my mom in law ordered Cheese Ravioli, my husband ordered chicken Marsala and I ordered Five cheese Ziti Al forno. It was all delicious. They also bought breadsticks and they were yummy too. Oh I forgot, since I wanted to drink something I had asked the waiter to get me a raspberry lemonade in room temperature. He was so thoughtful and brought me a roll temperature raspberry lemonade. It was cool but not ice cold. For desserts we hard zeppelins, black tie mousse cake, tiramisu and chocolate lasagna. It was all so good. We had an amazing night last week and Olive Garden will definitely remain a favorite restaurant for us.

I want to preface this with saying the wait staff is amazing and our food is usually tasty. HOWEVER. My friend was turning 40 and I called almost 2 weeks in advance to question a large party reservation. I was told by a Mgr that they don't do reservations, but my party of 20 could fit in a room they use for large parties and to call 15 to 20 min in advance to give them that time so they could set the tables up. (17 adults, one 2 year old in a high chair, and two 7 year olds) I called 40 min in advance (after waiting 20 min for the line to not be busy). I was told they can't take advance calls for parties that large. (I explained I spoke with management the previous Monday and was told otherwise.) I was within 5 min of the restaurant so they obliged. When I got there they said it would take 45 min to get the table and the Birthday girl was set to be there sooner. I was stressing, but they were getting tables together while 2 families were finishing up their meals around the area. 17 of us were at the door waiting to sit. The young lady Mgr acted upset, didn't give her staff direction, and acted irritated that I was stressing to get the room ready after they promised it would have only taken 20 min tops. She was no where to be found and the sweet girl at the front had no idea what to do. When the tables were set we all went to the room while the last family was eating. I informed the waiter that we did not mind if they continued to seat customers around our party and we understand if they need to utilize the 6 tables in the room we didnt need. Next thing I know I am asked aside by 2 mgrs and told I was being rude and inconsiderate. They accused me of upsetting the customers (1 table of 3) eating near our tables. I profusely said I am sorry and I would apologize to the customers and asked what I did or said unintentionally. I was told I said I didn't care about the other customers to which I said, no we stated that we didn't mind if people sat near us. They asked me to not apologize to the customers they said complained and said they would straighten it out. Well, I did apologize AFTER they sang happy Birthday and helped with the surprise. The table said they NEVER complained. They looked completely shocked and asked who told me they had an issue. All in all. I will NEVER return again. I was lied to, the whole place was uncoordinated, and I was treated like I was an inconvenience when we had 20 people giving them business. I wouldn't be upset had they not known in advance. I was PROMISED that we would have seating (I even told them it doesn't have to be in one seperate room. We just want to be near eachother even if other diners are close as well) 2 min before the birthday girl arrived, the same manager told us we had to wait in the front of the restaurant after we were already in the room ready for the birthday girl to walk in at any moment. I outright refused. We were in a room bigger than the front by the hostess and the only family in the room did NOT have a problem with us. I'm happy the birthday went well despite the hiccups and lies from the Mgr that obviously had something against me. It's not organized well and her attitude isn't helpful to the real workers. The wonderful staff that deserve more from management. I'm not sure what this ladies problem is. She seemed upset that we were there, upset we had seating without her telling us when and where (she wasn't around to direct us where to go and it was crowded at the door) and she felt the need to belittle me and accuse me of offending the only family that was in the room with us. My family and I were really excited to try this new location since we are from here and it's our hometown. I came out very disappointed and mad. Waiting time was not bad at all, we got seated immediately. When we arrived to our table our server was acting really nice with us. It wasn't until she asked us what we were going to order that things started shifting another direction. My dad ordered his food, which came with a soup, my brother ordered his food which also came with a soup, my sister ordered a pizza, and I ordered, which mine came with a salad. Keep in mind that we were a party of 5. We are a hispanic family, and obviously talk Spanish with each other because that is our first language and my mom understands it better than english, I noticed that the server didn't like that we were speaking Spanish with each other. My mom had told us she wasn't that hungry, that she was not going to order anything, but rather she was gonna help us out with our meals. When the server got all of our orders, she got to my mom, and my mom kindly told her that she was not going to order anything. The server looked at her and said ok and walked away. The food came on time, but after that the server left our table unattended for a very long time. My mom got from my salad and got from my brother's soup. I ordered another salad since from my understanding, I get unlimited salad and bread since I ordered something from the menu, but this took a very long time to come out, I was almost finished with my plate when the salad arrived again. The server's attitude was a really rude one because of the fact that my mother had not ordered anything. When we got ready to pay we noticed that we got charged for the soup and salad, and we asked why. They said that because I had shared my salad and my brother had shared his soup with my mom, they charged us for sharing. The reason I got mad and disappointed, is because they didn't tell my mom but rather said, well it was on the menu, which was in super small letters that could barley be seen. I just wish they would've been nicer with the way they treated my mother when she didn't order anything, and would've told us that we were gonna get charged for sharing at the beginning. We will definitely NOT be coming back to this location, but rather be going back to our favorite location, which is in Round Rock, TX even though it is...

Olive Garden has always been my top favorite restaurant. This location however, has been very disappointing. I visited with friends the first week it opened and had very slow service - some parts of our meal were never received! I attributed this to the first week, etc. My husband and I went back this weekend and again I was very disappointed. The food was good, but the service was very slow!!! When we sat down it was a very long time before our server came to the table. She was very sweet, and took our drink order. My husband ordered coffee and after waiting another 15 minutes, it arrived very cold! It was another 20 minutes or so before she came back and we asked for hot coffee...she left again and told us she would brew it herself! Another ten minutes and we received the coffee...very cold again (tasted like cold tap water). After another 20 minutes or so, we flagged someone down and asked for "hot coffee". The lady who looked like a host took the coffee and said she would return with hot coffee...coffee was never received!!! Our food was tasty but took a long time to arrive. When we finished, we placed to go orders and to go boxes.....another 15 minutes, no boxes, etc. Finally, one of the busboys checked on us, and immediately got our boxes. We asked him to flag the manager as we never got our coffee and wanted it taken off the bill. The young manager came over as I was dishing up the rest of our meal and saw me load the food in the box...and there was a hair in it!!! He looked at the hair and acknowledged it and just said okay and left, saying he would comp the coffee...nothing about the hair!!! Very disappointing...I felt like he thought I put the hair in it! It took us over two hours to eat there on a Sunday afternoon and we both came away - it will be a long time before we try this...
