After an enthusiastic recommendation from my sister, my family and I finally stopped in last Monday to try First Watch. The first thing we noticed was the calm fresh aesthetic of the restaurant itself. As my teenager said “it feels like a place where you want to be.” The second highlight of the adventure was our server Leanne. She was personable, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Ok, now on to the food... as it was our first time, and our teenager has a bottomless pit for a stomach, we tried many things. Every single thing was so GOOD! The million dollar bacon is especially worthy of mention . Also, though a seasonal pick, I highly recommend the pumpkin pancake! If you want just a quick bite, I vote for a cup of coffee and their donut holes. They’re not your run-of-the-mill donut bites, plus they come with two dipping sauces, so you essentially get three different taste options. My sister told us we must try the coffee, so we did. I had to give the coffee it’s own paragraph. We drank a carafe of coffee each! What’s more, I tend to drink coffee with my cream (wink wink), but I drank it black because they did not have heavy cream, and it was so smooth! My son detests coffee and he tried mine black and stated he would get some next visit. Our visit was so enjoyable that toward the end we began chatting with the shift manager. My son expressed interest in working there and she kindly gave her time to talk to him and even introduced us all to the general manager. Needless to say, our visit to First Watch was more of an event then simply a meal and we will return!!

We visited for our first time on Saturday around 10:15 am. We parked right up front thinking they were not too busy. There was a waiting line of 20 minutes. We opted to sit at the U shaped bar for faster service. It took about 20 minutes to get everything plated in front of us to eat. The server lady was very nice, friendly and quick. We ordered fresh OJ, Triathlete, Floridian French Toast, side of buttery grits and a side of chicken apple sausage. The OJ, good. The triathlete is an egg white omelet stuffed with several vegetables. Ok, I am not a big mushroom guy, I tried a few, but a bit too much for me. They went to the side. The omelet with the salsa topping was very good, along with portions of grits and sausage. I don't care for cheesy grits, so I ordered the buttery version. I scooped some butter off and put it on my two large pieces of healthy bread toast. The sausage was cooked well. The meal also came with a fresh fruit salad. My son with the empty leg, had the Floridian. About 2/3 of the way finished, he said he was full. After a water and OJ break, he finished the French toast with berry compote and a bunch of fresh fruit. He liked the grits and sausage also. The restaurant was clean and bright. We enjoyed the meal and will go back again for sure. Welcome to Georgetown First Watch.

Came here for a Sunday brunch while visiting friends in Georgetown. It was peak time around 10am, so was quoted a 60 min wait. That was expected on a Sunday morning and you're able to wait in your car until they text you, so the wait wasn't bad. Once seated, the service was very prompt and friendly. Server immediately came to take the drink orders and answer any questions on the menu. Be sure to ask about the seasonal specials that are on signs throughout the restaurant, but not on the main menu. Ordered the Morning Meditation drink and the Pineapple Express drink while we looked over the menu. We ordered a Frittata Rustica, Floridian French Toast, and Eggs Benedict. We also ordered a side of the pancakes and they were much bigger than expected. One was plenty to share as an appetizer. Even though they were extremely busy, all the food came out together within 15 minutes. All the orders were well-plated and looked great. Food was very good with my favorite being the Floridian French Toast, but I enjoyed them all. I will definitely come back to try some of their other items. Service was friendly and prompt; food was equally as good.

I wasn't ever planning to write a review for this but since they refused me service I now will.

On 1/5/24 I ordered my breakfast and an OJ to have delivered to my work around 9 if I remember correct. The order arrived, I started drinking the oj (which is one of the main things I love from them) and it tasted weird. I never drink mimosas but wondered if it could have been accidentally made like that. I had 3 coworkers try it to see, and they agreed something was off but didn't know what. We have alcohol tests at my job so we tested the OJ, as well as my urine since I drank some. Both came back positive for alcohol. I called and spoke with the female manager and she from the start was very rude and defensive. Asking "what do you want me to do, what do you want". I told her I just wanted this handled and prevented, that I work in a doctors office and this is unacceptable to now have me under the influence while I draw blood all day on patients. After I let her know I can bring both the oj and my positive results, she then let me know she could look at the cameras and call me back. She did and told me she reviewed it all and there was nothing, that she has saved it incase of "legal reasons". That it could have been the uber driver and to contact them. I told her it was highly unlikely a driver would add alcohol to my drink but that I would contact them. I also contacted the corporate office to explain my frustration of not even getting a apology and no resolution. I also let them know I wasn't wanting free anything or even a refund but just an explanation and accountability. They didn't provide that. I explained everything to Uber and that the restaurant believes the driver added the alcohol in (they didn't have it taped up or anything). All they did was refund the drink and say they resolved it to the highest level. I dropped it and chalked it up to a one time thing. Fast forward to this morning, I order another breakfast off Uber from them and after sitting in "order received" for 10 minutes they canceled it. I'm sure they have my name or uber account flagged for this but that's ridiculous. I never left any reviews anywhere nor threatened legal action like so many suggested since I couldn't work anymore that day due to having alcohol I didn't even order.

Feel free to respond First Watch. I will no longer speak to yall...

Honestly, I love this place. However, this visit was simply unacceptable for an establishment in the service industry. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict. The whole reason we came here was because I was craving the Eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, the egg came out extremely over cooked, not the least bit runny. When I spoke with the server she didn't seem the least bit concerned and just asked if I wanted to send it back, in which I did. The second time it came out it was exactly the same. The server did not come to the table often. In fact, I took my daughter to the restroom and came back to a receipt on the table. My daughter had over half her pancake left and my eggs not touched. I proceeded to wait thinking maybe she'll come around so we can get a to-go box for my daughters pancakes, but nope. My server was at the front perhaps waiting for me to come check out. I explained that I wasn't going to pay for the Eggs Benedict because I did not eat them and they were just the same. Not once did she come back to check how they were before she rushed a ticket to our table. When I explained the Eggs Benedict came back just the same, extremely over cooked this became the most disappointing part of our time. There was no apology, no sincerity what so ever. It felt as if we were an inconvenience to her day. Simply "okay" and printed a new receipt taking off the Eggs Benedict. The smallest amount of customer service would have sufficed and made everything okay. I wouldn't of even mind paying for the eggs had the service been better. But between the overcooked eggs and the severely distasteful service, it was highly disappointing. This is simple training. I don't blame her... She should have been trained better to provide customer service, especially in unsatisfactory situations such as this. Like I said, I love this place so I will be back. But I will not be served by the lady that served me. It left a bad distasteful feeling. Please bring back...

We come to eat very often and we have never had a problem. Today, however I’m so disappointed with our experience. We made online reservations and it said it would be a 30 min. Wait time. We arrived at the restaurant 25 min. Before and when I checked in the hostess said it would be a 30 min wait. I thought it was odd because we had already made reservations and it had been the approximate time we were told and they weren’t very busy. We waited and eventually our table was ready. When I approached the hostess I told her we had received a message saying our table was ready and she seemed very annoyed by it. She proceeded to walk us to our table and wanted to sit us at a small booth when we were a party of 9(our reservation indicated this and I confirmed the number in person when checking in. She said to me “do you think you can fit in a booth, if not I’ll have to put you back on the list and you can wait again” I had 3 hungry kids so I said sure. We tried sitting and it was very uncomfortable as it was too tight. I let our waitress know what had happened and she was very nice about it and I told her I didn’t mind speaking to a manager as well to explain the situation. She got the manager and I explained the situation to him. His response was “our hostess dropped the ball” never once did he apologize or offer a solution. I had to ask him how long the wait for a different table would be. Eventually we were moved to a different table and somehow they still managed to only put 8 chairs out for us (we had to ask the table behind us if we could use the extra chair they had). The food was cold and everything took forever (when we asked for things and our ticket) I’m extremely frustrated, disappointed and it will be very hard to go back to...
