Me and my wife both got the three piece chicken finger combo, total price was $20.33. For that we got more than we could eat, but it seems a little high to me for some chicken fingers, fries, bread, and a Coke. Our chicken was hot. Some would say it was really juicy, I’d say it was greasy. I squeezed my chicken out in a napkin to get rid of the excess grease. Our fries were hot and done, but not crispy. The bread was warm and not seasoned so if you don’t like garlic (like Zaxby’s) on your bread you’ll like that.

Raising Cane’s in Georgetown, KY, is absolutely fantastic! The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious—the chicken fingers are perfectly crispy, and the sauce is unbeatable. The crinkle-cut fries and Texas toast make every meal complete. The staff is friendly, attentive, and fast, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant is clean and inviting, and orders are always accurate. It’s the perfect spot for a quick, satisfying, and consistently great meal every time.

We stopped in on the way back to N.C. and this was our first time dining here. The restaurant was super clean, inside and out. We ordered a meal to share, and 10 tenders to take home and have later. The entire meal was fresh and hot! I'm a big foodie, and this was an amazing visit and meal! See ya next time we visit family

Not sure if I will eat at this canes again due to a rude manager named Steve. I've been coming to this location with my family since they've opened. We've been getting our chicken cooked XXtra crispy and frys XXtra crispy for months now. Chicken 6-7 minutes and frys longer than normal. I go in there the other day and get a 2 box combos to take home and it's not cooked like we are use to, frys are soggy and I have to throw them away and the chicken is barely edible for us to eat. When it's not cooked the way that we like it the frys are soggy and the skin falls off of the chicken. Some people might like it this way but we don't. So we get it cooked a certain way and we've been doing it so long that when either me or my wife walk in they see us and before we can order they are telling the cooks to drop 8 bird for 7 minutes and XX frys xtra crispy. I spend about $20 every visit. I go in there today and order the usual, 2 box combos, and this time even after I hear one of the girl telling the cooks to drop everything and for how long I remind them to please cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes and frys XXtra crispy because they didn't do it the other day. She said I gotcha and I heard her tell them. I get the food thinking everything was good and smooth and get home and sure enough the chicken was not cooked the way I asked and the frys were so soggy that I had to throw them away yet again. So I think to myself, I spend $20 here, I want my food cooked right. So I call and speak with manager Steve who proceeds to tell me he stopped them in the back from cooking it that way because they aren't suppose to, because if it gets destroyed then I'm stuck with it, mind you I have never ever complained about it being overcooked or anything, hell, I asked them to cook it that way and have been for months. He says he stopped them after 5 minutes and that's the best he could do, I said well what about the frys, they're so soggy you can eat them, I can bring them back and show him, I'm not looking for free food, i just want it cooked the way I asked and they agreed to otherwise I wouldn't have paid spent the money on something we don't like. He says I'm sorry maybe next time we will try to get it right. Well what about now?? Not getting anywhere with this rude manager i just needed the conversation and said told him thanks for all his help and the money not well spent. If he would've manned up and came out and told me they couldn't cook my food the way I wanted I would've said alright and not wasted my time and 20 bucks but instead he let me pay for the food, stops them from cooking it the way we like, and surely had to know I was going to complain when got it. Really good management and good way to keep the customer happy. Thanks Steve!...

Me and me wife came through the drive thru after work, we were in the line at around 5:10 Pm 06/02/2022. We order what we usually do, which typically isn't an issue, (2 Box Combos, No Slaw Xtra Toast, With Cokes to drink). I payed for our meal at first window, where my total wasn't read back to me, as well as the drive thru employee being in another conversation during my transaction whilst the drive thru window was open. I then proceeded to the pickup window. We got our drinks as requested and salt and pepper as requested as well as our meal and drove off. We live 10 minutes away. We then got home, come to realize we are both missing Cole slaw as requested but no Extra Toast As requested. At this point I dialed the number to raisin canes to contact them about the possible mishap. No answer. I called again. No answer I called a third time, and the phone was picked up and hung up. I understand being busy. I do. But, if you have time to answer and hang up, maybe you should consider the conversation of your customers, as we are the backbone to the company. Anyways. All in all, as a Raising Canes customer, I know I speak for a lot of us when it comes to believing that the Toast is most definitely a great deal of the enjoyability of the meal. ~A greatly...

I asked for 2 - 3 finger baskets with coke. The young lady (No name tag, long dark hair, tattoo on left side of neck) only rang me up for 1. I could not hear her (soft voice) give me the amount and due to the font size could not see the amount on the CC screen. When the young man gave me one cup I said I had two. She said you only ordered one. She continued to argue with me about the fact that I only ordered one. I ordered another one and paid. I did tell her she shouldn’t argue with customers and that she needed to speak up so customers can hear her. No receipts were given. The young man apologized for her behavior and asked if I wanted extra sauce. I declined. Our meal was delicious as always and the restaurant and restrooms were clean. We often eat at RC as we are travelers and are all over the...
