Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgetown

This morning on 2-11-25 the eleventh day of black history month mind you,, me and my husband did our usual shopping at Kroger paid and sat down like we usually do, only thing different today was Danielle at Starbucks refused and oppressed the poor us when we asked for hot water. ( Everyone else at Starbucks from weeks early were always kind and gave us hot water especially woman with red hair 👍🏿) .... If you poor maybe just going through hardships in life I would beware unwelcomeing depending on people enjoy the psalm.....

These ladies said they were closing early today so I guess they can close anytime they want too early just to be doing it whenever they want to close early like 30 minutes or more early it's early very poor frinking place and they laugh at you after you've asked me why they are closing early. The most unprofessional barista I've ever encountered. She didn't know how to do a pour over. Then when I removed the lid to add my cream and surger (that she forgot to add) I discovered that she had filled it up to the rim (literally overflowing) and it spilled out everywhere, splattering all over me and my white top, right before my company meeting.
