Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgetown

Horrible customer service, we went inside to eat since it was very hot to eat in our car. There was no one at the counter. We stood there waiting and nobody came over. They were only concerned about the drive thru. Another person came in asking if we had orderd. we said no, nobody has come up to help us. after a few more minutes he spoke up and asked if anyone was going to help us in the lobby. The girl doing the drive thru rudely yelled back that they don't take orders in the front any more, you must use the kiosk on the wall to order. I asked to speak with the manager and Don came out from around the corner. He also stated they don't take orders in the lobby any more you must use the kiosk, all taco bells are going this way. I asked about customer service skills and not acknowledging ones that come into the lobby even though the look at you, let you stand there for a while and finally yelling back at a customer who is asking for some help was good customer service skills. He again said all Taco Bells are going to the kiosk only and side stepped the answer saying he is short staffed. I asked could they put a sing up to let people know you must order with the kiosk or your app would be a good idea. He said maybe but was not going to do it since all Taco Bells are going to kiosk only ordering. Another person came in while I was talking to Don and nobody acknowledged him. My daughter let him know they don't take orders at the registers. This is pure laziness and horrible customer service. if I wasn't in a rush I would not have stayed and ate. My friend didn't order since she was going to pay with cash. I know its Taco Bell but this kind of service from a manager is really sad and you can really understand why their employees act like they do. Stay away from this place. Horrible...

Went into this with already expecting disappointment. I hardly come to this taco bell, because the one across the highway always does their job right and never screws up my order. I just figured this one was closer tonight, so I decided to try again. Boy what a mistake. I ordered one (simple) cravings box, no adjustments, and a soft taco. Easy! Drink comes. Drink is fine. They hand me a bag in 3 seconds of me being at the window. I am able to drive away, thinking they had given me the accurate order. I get home. Ten minutes down the road, I get home. I should have checked the bag, clearly! Its all my fault for not checking until I get home. But they gave me a Mexican Pizza, two tacos, and a burrito. I call, I try to explain to the young man on the phone what's going on. He places me on "hold", then gets the manager. The manager proceeds to make me reiterate the whole situation. Not the worst, but frustrating. Then they ask me to come into the lobby when I come to get the remake. Fine, dandy. I can stand, I'd prefer not too and should've said no, because after my ten minute drive back to taco bell, I got to the lobby. They're churning drive thru orders out like no bodies business. Hopefully those people got the right orders! It takes 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I'm standing in the restaurant. I explain to a third employee what's going on. They take another 15 minutes to make my order. I will not be going to Taco Bell on Williams ever...

This is the worst Taco Bell period. The lines are super long, I’ve left twice this week alone. Last time I was in like they said it would be 5-10 minutes after waiting for over 5 they said they’d let me know when they were ready so had to leave that time too. This location should just permanently close. Look at all the reviews, it’s trash. What’s the point, also there’s another Taco Bell in Georgetown, save yourself the waste of time and go there or to literally any other place because it’s not like its the best quality anyway even when you are able to order it!

Again tried twice this week including today and sat there for 10 minutes and never got to order. Including me 3 cars drove off. I then drove down to McDonald’s where the line was 8-9 cars long that I could see but didn’t have to wait to order or get my food. Despite being busier and having to drive there I still got my food faster. Or well I suppose I should say even for food at all since I never even spoke to anyone at Taco Bell.

Just close this location! What’s the point? Look at the reviews? Its pathetic!

The saddest part is that I keep trying but only because it’s right down the street. However I will never go to this Taco Bell again. Not even because of a bad experience or a messed up order but solely because it’s trash and you can’t even...
