Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered a Double Combo today (12/23) and when I got to the table, it was evident the sandwich was a single size. I took it back to the counter and this is where the issue begins, Maria I assume was manager on duty, I explained I paid for double and looks like a Single. Her reply was, "I don't make the sandwiches" (Quote) I quickly replied that is not my problem. When the sandwich was returned, she dropped it on the counter with no apologies or not one word!!! Well a new Chick-Fil-A just opened across street. I was as shocked as you are reading this because with that attitude, they do not need to give customers a reason to shop elsewhere. I will not support this location as long as she is the Manager on duty!!! BTW, I am the kind of customer that treats people with high level of respect, always Thanking and appreciating what they do. Today is 12/23 - Time of day was approximately 12:45 PM when I visited...

I usually like this Arbys but today had a rude encounter at the Drive through. Her name is Veronica. First of all the hours state they open at 10. I arrived at 10:15 and the door was locked. She motioned me to drive around , took my order with an attitude. When I pulled up to the window I asked her if she wanted the coupon that I ordered with and she rudely responded "no, your holding up my line". HUH? 1. I was the only customer there, 2. my order only took about 2 minutes tops, 3. The coupon was in my hand, it's not like I had to go in my trunk to get it... She was just rude and lazy. I don't want to knock anyone with an honest job but perhaps there is a reason she's a grown woman still working at an Arbys drive through... And she's not even...

Stopped at this Arby's in route back from installing Christmas at a couple of places in Alpharetta. Had not eaten all day. The service was spot on. The staff was friendly yet professional today. That's always a plus when you've had a long busy day. The food was up and ready in less than 10 mins. it was hot, visually appealing, and good. The potatoes cakes were fresh and hot. Sandwich was correct, put together properly, and hot. It's Arby's. It's fast food. I always tend to get the same thing. Beef and cheddar classic with no red sauce. Wish they still offered the bacon cheddar deluxe. That was my favorite. Anyway. Great job today Arby's. This store along with the friendly staff was a bright spot in my long...
