I ordered some food from this location tonight through DoorDash. I received cold food and my milkshake was missing from the order. I originally blamed DoorDash for this as the driver also arrived late. I then attempted to call Arby’s about the missing shake but no answer. I decided to get out of bed and go up the restaurant. I also brought the food order with me. I spoke to a older lady in the drive thru who I believed was the manager. She did make my shake and was also supposed to make me more fries and jalapeño bites which I previously received cold. Due to there being other waiting cars I told her I would pull around. When I pulled around my husband decided he would order a meal with a shake. 15-20 mins later we were back to the window.. My husband received his order and I asked about my replacement order. The young lady at the window proceeded to tell me that my order was made but due to the other cars in the line they no longer have it. She then said that they could drop my fries and jalapeño bites. I declined.. After waiting and speaking to who I thought was a manager how could this happen? The customer service I received here tonight was extremely poor. Not to mention that in my husband’s order we placed while there his fries were cold!!! We just placed this order while at the restaurant. At this point it may not even be the fact that DoorDash arrived late but the fact that Arby’s is giving out cold food. I am so disappointed. First time here at this location and definitely my last time. No more late night Arby’s pregnancy...

I really hate give negative reviews. This store would NEVER survive a truck stop on the toll road. In the 30 minutes I waited for my food. I saw one customer return Cold food.
Another Door Dash customer praying he got a tip for his services that I assume took far longer than expected.
I ordered a kids meal which is what I had budget for. I used to be able to get two classic roast beef for $5 which is enough to fill me up!
The curly fries were at least warm but not fresh. The slider is satisfying and exactly why I don’t put weight on while being a road warrior.
The parking lot was not full but the Togo line barely moves. This location is clearly under staffed.
No ear worm playing to distract guests or energize employees. There should be music in the sound system
I am sad there were no preschool toys. The parking lot is hard to get out of with all the construction.
Bathroom had no hand towels and the purse hooks were broken off the door. I’m not from Georgia but there were more than two employees and only two posted food safe certified employees. Seems like this would be an orientation requirement.

Read moreI was off of work today and decided at the last minute to go to Arby's I normally go inside and eat but decided to go through the drive through ,well the employee took my money gave me my food and I said thank you she just closed the window while talking to another employee,I then realized she did not get my coupon I held it up and ask do you want this?Then the other employee opened the window got the coupon not saying thank you or anything.If I go to Arby's I go for lunch like today and normally I go inside and eat but this time and the first time ever I decided to get my order to go in the drive thru. Every time in the past I go inside at Arby's everyone is nice and my daughter rings te bell but this time was not good.I have my favorite Chinese go to restaurant and everyone knows me there and the reason I did not go today was I did not feel like going through traffic,I wish I would have went now.I went today 1-9-2019 at around 11:45 am I got the big turkey sandwich and aside of onion rings,on't tell me this is the way Arby's is going to be in 2019 it was my first visit of the new year.I did not get a receipt either I always do...
