American Deli — Restaurant in McDonough

I have been going to this particular joint for 2 yrs now. I always spend 14 at the least and 60 at the most. Tonight I ordered what used to be my favorite, which was a 10 piece honey hot and garlic parmesan mixed/extra crispy. My side would usually be veggie fried rice or fries. I picked up my order and for the second time it wasn’t crispy. I acted on the situation tonight by informing the female owner. She looked at the food and put it to the side. The order was made. The wings were extremely hot. I speak truth due to the first order ( which she insisted I kept) The sauce was completely different in the second batch. I couldn’t even eat my meal. My son tried them and felt the same distress as I. Our mouths, tongue, throat, and stomach were left with a aching and burning sensation. Not only were the intentions of hers spiteful; I was over charged. I was charged 19 dollars and some change for a 10 piece and veggie fried rice. Usually it would be at the most 14 dollars. I asked why. I was told that the price changed. The lies.. it was no where on the menu. She charged me 6.49 for the rice and 5.00 per 5 piece wing plus taxes.. I tip well and am always polite. Yet I came to a place of poor establishment. It was not an act of good faith to risk someone’s health by making the sauce 3 times hotter than usual. This company has lost my business for sure. I will not recommend this place to anyone anymore. They no longer have my trust. My stomach is literally hurting as I type. If it worsens, they have a problem on...

I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a restaurant until I came to this location last night. I placed an order online for pickup, order was confirmed and payment was taken. When I showed up to the location, the staff appeared to have little care for any customers with one with headphones on, one more concerned with her phone and the shift lead or manager or whatever she is displaying the nastiest attitude. I informed them of my name and they responded they didn’t have an order with my name. I then informed them what the order consisted of and the lead front worker claimed they didn’t have any order like that without even checking the system to see or even looking at my receipt to show my order. I understand if service is busy and you are backed up, but the way she completely dismissed me was so disrespectful. I will never order from this...

The wings it is the worst thing I ever ate in my life and I’m saying this being so real not dramatic. I have never ate something that bad that hard like those wings like they cook those wings in the back and they put them in a big bucket or something and then when we order it, they put them back again and oil and they serve it. That’s how exactly it tastes. It is so hard that I gave it the wings to my dog and my dog couldn’t even eat them, then when I call the manager he act he cannot hear me calling three times the first time he hang up on me the second time he act like he don’t hear me and the third time every time I call they like they block me or it just goes straight to voice message and it says I cannot leave a voice that is a terrible way to treat your customer. I do not recommend anyone buy their wings. They are small they hard they over cooked....
