Burger King — Restaurant in Georgia

We’ve gone to this Burger King every time within the evenings, around six to nine P.M, for a cheap or quick dinner for our family. Nearly every time, the order’s usually just a wacky mess, and we have to get the employees’ attention to get it fixed. I wouldn’t be complaining if it happened once, twice, or even thrice, I understand the struggle, but several times? You guys can see the list to which our orders are upon right? Are you trying to play a memorization game? Guessing what goes where? I don’t understand.

Worst of all, looking at the other reviewers’ takes and having a true sense of hindsight, we’ve had it lucky, especially when it came to having somewhat decent good slop to fill us for the time being. At least the food we acquired tasted alright and was cooked through, because you each allegedly couldn’t give a damn if the chicken served to a customer was actually cooked thoroughly, or just seared with a cherry pink inside. We each are appalled and don’t look forward to coming back again unless things change, if ever.

Soda machine was also broken or improperly mixed, but I’ll give you guys the benefit of the doubt and say it happened either recently or out of someone’s control, because the only other reason would be if someone either forgot, or didn’t care how the sodas in the machines were served, which just makes this review turn out to be worse.

Every time I go there there is always a mix up the frozen coke machine doesn’t work and no one ever seems to know what Burger King coupons are available or what the requirements are to redeem! I went there on 3/23 and purchased Two meals at full price in order to get the two free kids meals and this was close to 10 pm and I received the free meals NO PROBLEM! Went back today 3/24 3:58 pm and the Gm would NOT ALLOW anyone to get the two free kids meals as the offer says so unless the rules changed LITERALLY OVERNIGHT or someone doesn’t know what the rules are! He informed us that there is supposed to be a code and we are supposed to order online! First and foremost MR GM if it’s a crisiSthere is no guarantee that internet or Wifi or any of that will be working so why demand that it be ordered online ! Secondly everyone in any one establishment should be on the same accord but honestly this is our neighborhood BK and the motto is have it your way and ever since this man (GM) has been there there is always an inconsistency with this or that!!!! Smh unfortunately the kind gesture that BK ATTEMPTED is not really coming over as such!!!! I thought it was a great idea per kids being out of school but someone is dropping the baalllll!!!! This is the review for owner and managers to see how your workers be doing work when you are not there. Last night after the Dacula High School football game, around 9:45pm all the restaurant was full at the drive thru but Burger King was one of the short line so I decided to go there and lined up when it was my turn to order, it was exactly 9:50. Lady who was taking the order to hold on so we wait and wait Bear in mind there was 6 cars behind me. She let me waited 10 and when it came to 10pm exactly some guy came up to microphone and saying that the system is down. As soon as he said that to me, I hear this girl laughing so hard. They did this on purpose so that they don’t got to work and let ppl wait 10 mins like it’s funny. So all the ppl waiting on bk went to McDonald’s right across!!
