Terrible service for both employee and customer. Scaring customers away... After spending about $22 on our food and waiting for a very long time for It, I returned to the counter for a drink refill. There were three employees in the front working but no one was free to refill my drink or even acknowledge me. There was a girl not cooking who is doing food preparation who noticed me standing there. She went to the back of the restaurant to get help but still never acknowledged me. Just after she came from the back a young man came out following her and yelling at her that they were not taking any more orders. She was not paying him any attention so he was getting more and more frustrated and yelling at her. He kept getting louder and louder but she was not turning around. He was being super disrespectful and degrading towards her. I tried to get his attention by Say king âheyâ a couple of times but he did not turn around, so I said âheyâ in a loud voice. He turned around and said weâre not taking any orders. I said I just need a refill but you canât talk to her that way. He said what way? I said the way youâre talking to her is disrespectful and degrading and you canât talk to people that. -There was a line of people behind me watching this unfold.
I asked if I could talk to his manager and low and behold the manager was actually standing right next to me cooking food. She was the closest person to me so I know that she heard everything. He said my managers right here. Tavon the manager looks up at me and I askdd âare you OK for your employees to talk to each other like that?â Hoping she would define the girl who asked for help. Gavin replied âthatâs how we always talk to her.â ( the girl he had been yelling at). She shrugged her shoulders and went back to cooking and ignoring me. I asked Tayvon if she had a corporate number or another manager that I could talk to and she just ignored me as if I was not there. The guy who had been yelling then shouted over to me âjust Google it!â Then he returned to the back of the restaurant. A fifth employee came out with his hat so low over his face that I could not see his eyes. He asked me what type of refill I wanted and refilled my drink. Then the employee who had been yelling at the girl came out from the back again and I asked him if he could write the managers name down? He grabbed one of the punch cards and wrote Tavonâs name on the back, slid over to me and said merry Christmas in a sarcastic voice and then walked off. I just stood there astounded by the terrible employee treatment, customer service, and that the manager had absolutely no say in what was going on nor did she care to. I felt sorry for the employee who had been degraded and publicly shamed by her Coworker who was yelling at her. She looked sheepishly at me but never said anything. Perhaps to embarrassed and scared to engage her co-worker. As a customer I am very unsatisfied with the drama I have experienced at this Resteraunt, I was there ordering with my children and Iâm glad they did not return with me to the counter for a refill to see all of this unfold. I also felt bad for the line of other customers behind me, if I were any of them I would have chosen to eat somewhere else. I would say this is a very very poor reflection on the employee treatment, customer service, and...
Read moreFirst time trying this. Waited 15 minutes just for my order to end up being wrong. Very surprised as it looked like the manager was the one who made it. Wonât be going back.
I have to come back because my experienced continued to decline after I started eating. This is most flavorless sandwich I have ever tasted. No seasoning on the beef. The cheesesteaks bread was completely cut all the way through then placed on its side. So it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Staff was not friendly, they all look like they hate their job which probably explains the service I received. I worked in the industry for 8 years and was a manager myself. If the owner see this and cares about his guests, you definitely need to make some changes. For those of you who might go here on a busy Saturday when the Chick-fil-a is long, just go to Chick-fil-a. At least theyâll give you a good experience and get you order right and ready quick. Waste of a...
Read moreIf you think this is good than you've never had a real philly cheese steak. The second to greatest of the real thing is American Deli's philly cheese. Basically Charley's in Gwinnett place was garbage. Over priced and lacked originality in taste. They skimmed so hard on the meat for a meal that didnt even include the works, was still almost fifteen dollars. So disappointed. I wanted to ask for a refund but decided I was too tired to show out...A another time I suppose. After tasting my food, my son even said that I made a better philly cheese at home... I do. I go out to places to find food that is just as satisfying as my own or better. Being a foodie, it ruiens my day when I eat horrible food. Shot out to those who thought it was good because they threw bacon all over it or, because they hardly eat out! I đĄ Lastly they ran out of sweet tea and...
