My family went to Warby Parker after having some not so great experiences with other eye care centers. Expensive and not personable would be my description. After having family members recently tell us about the new Mall of Ga store, we went to find out how much our family of 3 glasses wearers would cost. We were helped by Simon who when above and beyond to help us find our glasses, understand different add ons such as transition and blue light lenses and get our measurements. He explained the costs of all glasses and we didn't feel pressured like other stores to purchase. He was genuinely helpful with our search that we decided to purchase 3 pairs of glasses. The process was quick and informative and a great experience for us. We actually forgot our prescriptions because we weren't thinking about purchasing and were able to upload them after our visit conveniently online. Number one, The first pair of glasses arrived in the mail. One lens was too small to fit in the frame and the right lens was twice as thick as the left lens. I have never had a prescription filled, In 40 years, where where my my right eye required significantly more magnification strengthen the left eye. The right lens was laying in the box. It was simply the wrong lens and did not fit the eyeglasses.

They apologized and said it would be two weeks to get them back and they would expedite the replacement. 5 weeks later and many calls to a very unhelpful customer service center we still do not have the replacements. We keep getting excuses that the lab is being upgraded, that it takes 30 days to get lens replacements (should probably communicate to the stores on that one), that they are sorry but they cannot communicate with the lab and the lab isn't responding.
