Ding Tea Mall of Georgia — Restaurant in Buford

Nice people and good teas to choose from that taste very good. My only complaint is they put so much ice in the tea that you really do not get the actual ingredients. If you ask for less ice they charge you a fee to get less ice. I do not think ice constitutes the ingredients. Just another way to give customer less than what they ask for. We don’t mind paying just stop skipping customers by giving a cup full of ice and half the ingredients. They claim if you get less ice they have to give you more ingredients but if you give customers what the ingredients truly are this wouldn’t be an issue.

We are always on the hunt for a good bubble tea and this is a newly opened tea place in the mall next to the Regal cinemas. Our order started on the wrong foot as their system clearly states that we got a 15% off but the manager said that it is not correct. He also stated that they reset the terminal everytime it does that and told the cashier to use the other terminal. The other terminal is saying the same thing and finally cashier gave the discount to us. I would have given 5 stars despite of that bc the tea tastes good but my daughter almost drank a little silver foil in her drink. When I got there, there was no one at the store. A worker came out from the back and just stared at me. Did not address me. I had to ask if I could place an order. I specifically asked for a flavored bubble tea. Then he asked me if I wanted any toppings and I said no. When my drink arrived there was no tapioca and when I asked why he said that when he asked me if I wanted any topping I said no. Which I will own but his dismissive tone and lack of explaining that in order to get “bubble tea” as I asked for I would need to add the bubbles as a topping was not a good experience.
