Fat Tuesday — Restaurant in Georgia

Approaching the counter. I was met with a funny, outgoing and informative man who happily explained the drinks menu & different options. After ordering & paying for 3 drinks/slushees, which came to over $55.. the young lady employee made 1/3 of my drinks & didn’t communicate with me/my party at all as to who’s drink it was. We weren’t sure if the drink was ours so we were afraid to touch it. After attempting to ask the young lady if the drink was ours. She looked at us, rolled her eyes & continued to make drinks for 8 other customers approaching the counter.. while me & my party patiently waited for our drinks. After about 10 minutes, We realized everyone was getting their drinks except for us (who ordered first when nobody was even there) & we attempted to ask the lady twice if she was going to make our drinks.. again, she rolled her eyes & ignored us. She has a serious attitude problem & had us standing there for 10-15 minutes while she made everyone else’s slushee who came after us. We were very confused & after many attempts, we requested a refund from the young man. To which he proceeded to just make our slushees for us. I felt discriminated against by the young lady. I was from out of town & was visiting the mall/location for the first time. I will never return again. The rude, excluding, discriminatory behavior should not be allowed by the employees. Fui por una bebida y Darell o no se si me dijo bien su nombre trabaja hoy en la hora de la tarde 13 sep 2023 y solo asentaba la cabeza y no hablaba no me miraba solo estaba teniendo una mala atención conmigo así que pague con tarjeta y me fui , luego fui por otra bebida para mi amiga y cuando iba a pagar mi amiga saco cash pero yo le di primero mi tarjeta y me ignoró totalmente se la di mas de 3 veces y no me la acepto luego con un tono de mal actitud recibió el cash y me dijo yo voy a recibirle el cash por que blablabla , yo no entendía el por qué me ignoró el pago con tarjeta ósea que si no hubiera tenido cash no me recibe mi tarjeta? Mal trabajador horrible la atención creo que debería cambiar de trabajo por que claramente está en el lugar equivocado. Por esta razón nunca volveré a comprar allí

The worker was extremely rude and was very ugly to us!!! The hours said that Fat Tuesday closed at 9 however when we walked in and asked he went out of his way to be ugly and rude and tell us how stupid we were for not knowing the time of closure which was apparently 8 that night. You need to hire nicer employees to treat customers better when we were able to get inside the mall and to the counter. I am highly disappointed in what I experienced and DO NOT recommend coming...
