SLOW. I arrived at 11:30. 12 cars in lot. 20 minutes later I only moved up 4 positions and had not even reached the Inter come where the order is made. DISORGANIZED This is not a restaurant with a lot a variety. It is called Taco Bell. Suprise Suprise you make tacos. Almost everything has the same ingredients. So it is obvious that they are not organized which is why they are so slow. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a pre-order. It got 2 notifications the order was ready for pick up at 11:30 a.m. I walked around to the drive through window and asked if I could go ahead and get it. They have a policy that they cannot serve a person after the lobby is closed unless they are in a car. Now, I do not dispute this policy. It may present a security issue. However, I do dispute that Pre-orders should not have to wait. They should have somewhere they can go to exclusively for us to pick up our prepaid pre-order. Otherwise, what is the point of pre-ordering your food? Isn’t the point of pre-ordering something is to be able to get it at a specific time and to skip the line of real-time orderers. It was 11:30 when I got here. It was 11:52 when advanced for spots. I have been typing this since 11:52. I got 3 spots ahead at 12:02 p.m to the intercom. But I have been sitting here a good while now. Just hit the 40 minute point. And Guess what? If I had been a little bit later, they would have been closed. ONE DRIVE THRU LANE If you do go through drive through and experience any issue that makes you need to leave... you can’t. They have a one lane drive through. So when you commit, you are stuck. You cannot leave the line until you get past the window. Due to this, they should move order window to the opposite side of the building so that if there is an issue, you can leave before committing to the one lane part of the drive thru. When you first turn into to restaurant you have a choice until you get to the backside. Then you commit to one lane. REACHED WINDOW I reached the window finally at 12:15 a.m. and found out my order that I was pinged TWICE that it was ready was not ready. CONCLUSION This restaurant’s needs to be on an season with The show Hell’s Kitchen for a complete overhaul. Also, you can make your own tacos much faster than this store. Considering the experience, you might want to exercise that home...
Read moreEvery single time we order from this location (well at this point it feels like every location in Decatur) our order is massively wrong or missing multiple items. The quality of the items we do receive is ridiculous as well - tacos with two pieces of lettuce, the crunch wrap is 90% tortilla, and most items are haphazardly thrown together. I don't know if it is a management issue, an employee issue, or what but it is absolutely ridiculous. We also seem to receive 0 sauce with every order or sometimes we might get lucky and get two packs of mild which is interesting considering we order a family of 4 meal. Make that makes sense. Regardless, this location is garbage and the quality of food that you may or may not receive is also garbage.
Edited to add photos of:
The incredibly flat Crunch Wrap that had next to zero beef, no tostada, and wasn't even wrapped correctly.
The chicken quesadilla that is so burnt you can see the burnt through the wrapping.
The soft taco that has nearly zero beef, old lettuce, and no cheese.
Such a disaster of an order. I would love to speak to either the owner or the manager of this location to get a better understanding of what is going on and what I need to do to receive quality food on my next order.

It appears that I was contacted by someone from Taco Bell, but it was interesting. My phone shows me who is calling so I know it was them even though the lady didn't say her name, where she was calling from, or why she was calling. She asked for __ Cameron. I asked her to repeat herself and she said she "couldn't pronounce the first name" and "the last name is something like Cameron." When I told her nobody with the last name of Cameron is here, she told me she "must have the wrong number." I can't think of any other reason why someone would call me from a Taco Bell number aside from this, but once again it seems they didn't try very hard to...
Read moreWent inside hoping it would be quicker but there was an extremely long wait with only 5 customers inside purchasing normal sized to small orders. Workers were listless and bumbling like they all were new. The interior of restaurant was disgraceful. Some kind of water spill in front of counter that no one bothered to wipe up. A few Napkins were mixed in with the spill. Disgusting! The cashier walked away with no apology or explanation, leaving customers standing for a long time until a guy took over her duties. There was trash on the dirty floor. Tables were not cleaned. And after I placed my order and took out my card to pay I saw that card swop machine didn’t was absolutely filthy. I opted to use credit instead of debit to avoid touching nasty, greasy screen & buttons. After I got home I just couldn’t bring myself to eat my chicken chalupa supreme. I figured that if the front of the store looked that bad what horrors were lurking out of sight in the kitchen? I took a bite & threw my food out because it was cold and didn’t taste right. Plus my stomach was turning as I thought about the filthy location on Memorial Drive in Decatur. I will never, ever go back to that Taco Bell or any other. That location is dirty and needs to be shut down by the...
