We sat down to eat at 5:30 on 12/21/2024 and our server (Chastity) started off strong with drinks and appetizers. We got partial drinks and 1 of the 3 appetizers we ordered, the other 2 appetizers came out 45 minutes later after we continuously asked about it. We placed our orders and Chastity brought out larger trays of wrong food that nobody ordered. We sent the food back and wanted what we ordered. Our drinks remained empty for a majority of the visit and the only refills were when we got up and went to the bar to get them ourselves. Chastity tried to serve us food that had been sitting on the lead of the area after I saw someone lean their head up against it. Many people in our small group of about 12 did not get their food including a 6yr old child who ordered a cheese quesadilla. It’s not difficult to put cheese on a quesadilla and heat it up but this seemed way too complex for our server Chastity to comprehend. The manager on duty was Brandy and she tried her best to save the visit but she failed at that too. The food that was brought that was correct was severely undercooked and they served this to our pregnant friend who was with us. After waiting over 3.5hrs with the majority of the table with no food we told the manager if they were going to bring our food to just put it in Togo containers since we had waited so long. I was having a private conversation in the back to of restaurant with Brandy discussing the service (or lack thereof) we received when Chastity interjected herself into the conversation and complaining about us as guests and then wanted to argue with me. The only thing we received consistently that night was attitude. As someone who has eaten here every 2-3 weeks for YEARS it was an embarrassment to me and my party and will be a LONG TIME before coming back in this establishment. The manager still had the audacity to give us a bill that she lightly discounted. We don’t mind paying good money for service and I understand things can happen in the kitchen but to leave ur table to get their own refills and not come back for 45 minutes and then have attitude about it is unacceptable. I’ve seen several managers at this location over the years and our experience on 12/21/2024 is by far the absolute worst! Save ur money, time, and go...
Read moreMother's Day 2025. We tried to "join the waitlist," in the app and then we're instructed to call the store. We waited on hold over and over again for the call to be terminated. We finally reached someone and were told they don't take reservations over the phone. We weren't trying to place the reservation we were just doing as instructed from the Chili's app. So we showed up and the restaurant was completely vacant. I'm not sure why we spent so long on hold and actually had to call back after the call being terminated twice. The service was awful! Our server mentioned three times that she was a Mother. Cool, we're here celebrating Mother's Day and you'll get a great tip. My wife and I, my Mother, have worked F and B jobs too long to receive that service and find it acceptable. Honestly, it starts with management which was nowhere to be seen, but anybody that works this job doesn't need a manager to earn tips, it's on them to provide the service. It's on them to explain kitchen mishaps. That's their job. Their job is not to ask you what you want to drink put it on the table and then never speak to you again. My whole table got their order and it was AT THE VERY LEAST 10 minutes before she came back to check on us and I still had not gotten my food. My mom was asking about dessert before I got my fajitas. The only apology came from the food runner who tried to deliver it to another table and then went back to the kitchen with my order. So you know like the whole Chili's fajitas sizzling platter that comes out the door and you get that exciting feeling and then you watch it get delivered to another table and then you watch it take him back to the kitchen and then you watch it get brought to your table with no sizzle. Call me Petty but that was my experience. My chicken look like it was boiled. Steak that was supposed to be cooked medium rare was well+, hard as a rock. The portion size of the picture on the menu was accurate for only the shrimp. I guess that's because they're serving salad size shrimp now as part of their entrees. We literally had three bottomless chips and salsas at our table and could not get a refill on one even...
Read moreI went to Chilli's Grill and Bar right off of Hwy 78 courtyard to Red Lobster. I arrived at 1:35 p.m. We were seated. A manger approached us and took our drink order, she said she would be helping out the server. Her clothes were dirty, really dirty honestly, I took offense that she would even approach a table in that uniform. However, I didn't say anything. She continued to approach other tables talking with the guess. We started to smell a body odor. It was foul. Our server was a lady dressed in a black polo and jeans. I noticed her at a table with guess wiping sweat with her bare arm leaning over the guess, then she reached for the drink menu and started fanning with it. I have never seen that in a restaurant. My client could see the kitchen from where she was sitting, I couldn't. She said wait a moment, I'm looking at our server eat off of someone's plate. I've seen enough, there's is no way I'm going to eat here. On our way out, we saw some nice people coming in. We didn't say anything to them. They were parked right beside me, it was four of them. They came right back out of the restaurant as fast as they went in. I asked what happen, they said the score is to low. We are not going to chance it. I didn't look at that coming in but I will from this point on. I'm not believe what we experienced. I'm seriously thinking of contacting the health department. I waited 45 minutes on something that was never served, however, I'm so glad it wasn't served. It gave me the opportunity to take notes on the restaurant. I finally gave up and walked out. The manager came running saying that she would give us a discount because we waited so long. It wasn't about the money it was about the nasty restaurant and the smell, we couldn't figure out which one it was nor could we eat and continue...
