Just not a good experience at all . Waited over 20 minutes Before anyone came over to take our drink order or even say hi. At the same time we ordered our drinks we ordered chips and dip. The waitress said oh that’s easy. I can go grab them as soon as I put in your order and bring them right back, but she never ever did.. We waited and waited. Finally, the manager swung by and put them on our table. We didn’t know he was the manager until much later. As you can see from the photos, we got crumbs instead of chips. There were no more than three or four unbroken chips on the whole tray. It was impossible to take those tiny pieces of chips and dip them in the salsa because your fingers would end up in the salsa instead of just the chip. We asked the waitress for more chips instead of the crumbs She said she would bring them. We waited forever for the order to come out. My husband ordered fajitas, and I ordered chicken crispers sauced in honey chipotle. When the waitress finally brought the food out, my husband did not receive any tortillas for his fajitas and the waitress said to me “ Oh, they didn’t sauce it (referring to the chicken crispers), but they threw an extra chicken finger on there” as if that made it all OK. She knew the order wasn’t correct, but still brought it out of the kitchen to the table, so I don’t understand why any waitress would do that. I asked her if I could still have the chicken fingers sauced. I also noticed that she did not give me the mac & cheese that came with the dinner. She immediately picked up my plate and brought it back out just a few minutes later which begs the question why the waitress did not ask them to sauce the tenders before she brought them out. This time there was sauce on the chicken tenders, but there still was no mac & cheese. I mentioned it to her and she said “yeah I know they haven’t made it yet.” At this point we did not even bother to mention the missing tortillas for the Fajitas. Later when she brought the mac & cheese the noodles were swimming in liquid cheese. The cheese was not creamy. There was no thickness at all to the cheese; it was like water - see pic. It also did not smell good at all. I did not even take one bite. When we were almost done with dinner, she brought the replacement chips🙄🙄. We waited forever for her to come back over so we could ask for one to go box . Then the same guy who originally brought the tray full of crumbs for chips asked if we were waiting on boxes, and we then realized he was the manager. 🙄 The waitress saw him at our table and came running over. ...
Read moreI had the worst service of my life yesterday at Chili's in Brunswick! Although we were seated immediately, it took 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Although our appetizer came out immediately, we never got any appetizer plates, despite asking for them twice & being told the server was going to get them. We asked for silverware & napkins twice. The server gave us 2 sets of utensils, when there were 3 in our party, so we asked again. Didn't get straws with any of our drinks, even the lidded kid's cup. Had to ask for them twice. My friend got her salad at the same time as her burger instead of getting it beforehand, and although she asked for mustard twice, she never got it, so she took her burger home with her. I took one bite of my southwest chicken salad, that actually looked pretty good, only to pull a dirty sticker from the kitchen out of my mouth! When I told the manager (& later the server) that there was trash in my salad & showed them the line sticker, neither of them apologized. The manager said she would "tell them to remake my salad." I waited 35 minutes for my salad that didn't come. I asked them to put it in a "to go" box. I tried to pay the tab, and it had not been separated correctly. It took 15 minutes and 3 requests to get the check sorted correctly. I told the manager that this was the worst service I had ever gotten anywhere in my life, and she began to make excuses, saying our server was "the only one working." I told her I understood that, however, that did not excuse the poor service. The restaurant had very few customers. I started to cry, and went to the bathroom, as the manager struggled to separate the bill & "comp" the salad that I never got to eat. She followed me into the bathroom & yelled to me through the stall, "ma'am, Don't worry about your bill! I took care of it for you!" My friend, who was still trying to pay her portion of the bill, told the manager that her bill still wasn't correct. The manager took a very snippy tone with her and said, "I'm fixing it right now!!!" Her tone offended my 7 year old grandson, who felt he needed to defend his family against the "mean manager." 10 out of 10 do NOT recommend! Terrible service,...
Read moreThere was so much wrong with our visit. To start off service was TERRIBLY slow & there was hardly anyone there. When we finally get our meal there was hair in it so after already waiting forever on our food I had to wait even longer for them to remake it. I also ordered a bloody Mary it was nothing but V8 juice that was it and when it came to get our check out waitress tried to charge us for two drinks we didn't even order, a whole meal we didn't order, and charged us for chips and salsa that came with the meal. We said something to her about the bill she goes back inside with the check comes out with the SAME CHECK & said she changed it which she didn't ( This happens literally a total of 4 different times) they wouldnt take the extra charges off that we did not purchase until we asked for a manager which we didn't get we asked for a manager 4 different times. Not only did we ask our waitress for a manager but her sidekick she had with her we asked as well and they wouldnt give us an answer they just kept running back and fourth with our check "fixing it" I believe the two waitresses were high on some type of drug because my husband and I literally thought we were on an episode of punked it was that bad. It was horrible DO NOT RECOMMEND. when a customer finds hair in their food, asks to speak to a manager SEVERAL TIMES, and they try to overcharge you on items you did not purchase I feel that customer deserves a refund or something bc that was just plain ridiculous. MAKE SURE TO CHECK OVER YOUR BILL IF YOU HAVE TINA AS YOUR WAITRESS OR HER FRIEND THAT USED TO WORK AT "OLE TIMES" SO YOUR NOT GETTING OVER CHARGED
ALSO I forgot to add they brought my husbands broccoli out in a bag. Looked like they pulled it out of the microwave and threw it on his plate. When the waitress finally noticed the broccoli in the bag she grabbed the bag of broccoli off my husbands plate and dumped it on the plate with her bare hands without even asking.
