Crumbl — Restaurant in Georgia

I placed an online order this past Monday night which had an estimated time of 5:45 and tapped “I’m here” in the app a few minutes before. I walked into the shop at 5:50 and waited a few minutes at the pick up area before someone asked if I’m doing an online pick up. I told her yes and she “looked” for a few seconds and went on to do something else. Several minutes later she asked again seemingly annoyed and rolled her eyes and again I told her my name for the order and tried to tell her what was in my order before she walked off. She “looked” for a few seconds and went off to do something else. Minutes later a guy came up to me and asked about my order I told him I tapped the “I’m here button” when I arrived in the parking lot and showed him the order I placed in the app for the location. He went and asked the girl about it and she shrugged her shoulders as if there wasn’t anything else they could do. A few seconds later he looked around the counter and my order was right in front of the girls face the whole time. I had been in the shop, which had really low traffic, for over 15 minutes quietly waiting for my order. I always try to give service workers the benefit of the doubt but the service was horrible that evening and inexcusable. I’ve been to the shop a few times before and that was a first. Update 9/2022: I've tried so many cookies 🍪 and I've noticed that some of them have too much cream, like Mango, 🥭 Pink Velvet, Red Velvet, Oreo, etc. I'm not liking all of the cream anymore. These cookies were Good, but I won't try them again. 😬

However, the cookies that have Glaze on them, I love the most. 🤩 These cookies were Fantastic, Cornbread, Maple, Pop Tart, Banana 🍞 Bread, Pineapple 🍍 Upside-down, and Apple Pie, although it didn't have Glaze.

Cookies that I expected more from were Oreo and Smores. But the Marshallow featuring Oreo was Amazing. ⭐️

Besides the heavy cream, my other con was that I noticed there are multiple Lemon and Strawberry Cookies, as if the company wanted to replicate these flavors. There are still flavors I would love to see, like some of the Girl Scout Cookies, more Candy Bar Cookies, etc.

But overall, I love this company and their vision. 🌟

Update 6/2022: So after visiting ere for my customer, I finally bought a box and they were amazing. 😍 I had the Mango, Strawberry, Lemon and Chocolate Chip Cookie. 🍪 I couldn't stop eating them.

May 2022: This place is new. I didn't realize it was here until I picked an order for Doordash. They place smelled amazing, like fresh baked cookies. I saw the ladies working on the cookies in an open area for all to see. It's a bit pricey, but I'm going to go back and order...

I have ordered cookies many times from this location since they opened. Enough to get 2 $10 Crumbl cash. But today’s experience is not based on the taste of the cookie but what we experienced and saw. Our curbside order was wrong. So we went back into the store to have it corrected. We didn’t expect to keep the wrong cookies we don’t eat the flavor. However what we expected was for the young lady to switch out the wrong cookies and THROW THEM IN THE TRASH. But that did NOT happen. The wrong cookies that we just brought back in the store from our car was taken out and placed in a fridge under the counter. 😳. And then she proceeded to get us the correct cookies from the warmer. Now by no means are we dirty but that was not proper food handling. The owners need to make it mandatory that the staff is using proper food handling guidelines. If a staff member is delivering curbside then immediately upon entering the store they need to remove their gloves wash / sanitize hands and use clean new gloves. Had I thought about it I would have should have recorded this issue and reported it to the health department. I do enjoy the cookies but proper food handling is always a must at any food establishment.

My one star is ONLY based on the incorrect way of food handling.
