I called this location (Prado Lane Marietta, GA) to place an order for pick up. I was routed to the call center. There was a language barrier so I asked to be transferred to the store directly. A extremely rude man (later identified as Matthew-Manager on duty) answered the phone.
I advised him that I needed to place an order. He yelled at me and told me that’s what the call center is for. I attempted to tell him (he kept talking over me) that there was a language barrier. Matthew proceeded to complain about being short staffed and there were a lot of pizza’s currently on the board.
I told Matthew that this was not a reason to be unprofessional and take it out on me, Matthew proceeded to tell me “If you don’t like it you can take your business somewhere else”. He then hung up in my face.
I called the Canton Rd store to verify the next steps to file a formal complaint. The gentleman was very nice, and advised he wasn’t surprised that I had a bad experience at this store. He gladly took my order. I stopped at the Prado Lane store to obtain Matthew’s name to file a complaint with corporate. I started recording as I was exiting my car.
I walked in and Matthew said “Have you already placed an order”? I said no, but I would like to speak to the Manager. Matthew identified himself as the Manager. I identified myself as the person he hung up on. I advised him that I was going to make a complaint against him with corporate.
He immediately starting yelling “I’m going to call the police on you… I’ve asked you multiple times to leave”. I advised him that he was not being truthful, and I’ve been recording the whole time. Matthew left the store, so did I (still recording ). He called the police on me, lied and said I was gesturing towards him(another lie-still recording). He made a false report to further his agenda as if he was in danger. He wanted the police to handle his false statement with aggression.
The police arrived, and Matthew filed a False no trespassing order against me. The entire recording tells a completely different story from Matthew’s. Wow Domino’s!!! What an expensive false narrative!!! I hope Matthew...
Read moreIf I could give less than one star, I absolutely would. This location NEEDS to be closed down. We have continually had issues with this location, but last night takes the cake! We work in the industry, and are completely understanding in the fact that it will take longer to receive our order due to New Year's Eve. We ordered our food, PAID AND TIPPED AHEAD, watched Alyssa (who's always amazing!!!!) bake and complete our order through quality check. An hour and a half after going through the quality check, it was listed "Out for Delivery" with an ETA of 6 minutes. We also understand this is relative as they often deliver multiple orders in one trip. We could see on the tracker that our driver went right past us. He marked the order as delivered, and we searched all over the building looking for it with it no where to be found. I called the store (which was now closed), and Marcus answered. He showed upmost generosity as always, and refunded PART of our money back. He said there was nothing he could really do as the driver just decided not to deliver our order. This delivery driver's name is Salwan who should be FIRED for his lack of capability to do his job. Not only did he decide not to deliver our meal, he kept the tip we paid. I was absolutely furious. I called the store this afternoon to have our delivery fee and tip given back to us as the delivery driver failed to do his job, lied about the delivery, and kept the money for doing so. The manager on duty, JJ, apologized, and said he could not give us the money back, and instead offered us another meal for free. I honestly, genuinely do not ever want to order from this store again, but with no choice, I had to accept this offer. Besides Alyssa and Marcus, the customer service at this location is horrendous, and Salwan should most definitely be fired. I would never allow my employees to conduct business that way. The lack of respect for paying customers absolutely baffles me. I will be contacting the franchisee, and have already contacted the corporate office. If you actually want to get what you pay for, I highly recommend ordering from any other location...
Read moreI hate to say this because I'm a fan of dominos and used to work at one, but my god this is the worst pizza I've ever experienced. The sad thing is, Prado Lane is the only dominos that will deliver via mobile app so I'm stuck with them.
Out of the 20ish pizzas I've ordered from this location, 2 were actually made correctly. Every pizza is consistently undercooked/raw, soggy, sloppy, and poorly cut. Eventually, I received two orders that were properly made, and I thought they finally fired whoever is vomiting on the dough and calling it a pizza. Sadly, every pizza is now overcooked and made with half of the ingredients needed for a pizza.
To put it in perspective - I managed to eat an entire large pizza by myself and still felt hungry. It's like I was eating burnt paper mache that was sprinkled with cheese and disappointment. I probably could've thrown this pizza like a frisbee from my home and it would've landed back at the dominos.
I can't speak on the interior as I've never been inside, so I don't know how the customer service or atmosphere is there. But I imagine it looks something like that episode of spongebob where spongebob and squidward are competing for employee of the month and end up destroying every part of the restaurant in an attempt to impress Mr Krabs. Except in this case, the employees destroy the restaurant for fun.
The drivers seem to always come on time and are friendly, so that's a good...
