IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD! I come to Domino’s almost 2-3 times due to late shifts & not big eating meat! I’ve noticed this young short hair cut cashier girl is extremely rude when coming to the front counter! My first interaction with her, she was by herself & I didn’t have cash so left a tip on my card, she handed me my box and told me to have a nice night! These last 2 visits this week especially, She never greets just stands there with a mask over her face, give her your name, she then grabs the pizza, & sits it half way off the counter! While holding a card ready to swipe she then asks you cash or card aggressively! Once finish with your order she stands there w/o a receipt and just looks at you & might tell you have a good night! Once noticing that the NO TIP BUTTON HAS BEEN SHE GET WORST! So the first time I let it slide grabbed my pizza and left! She just did it again just standing there, I said ma’am can I get my pizza…she slid it maybe another inch on the counter! I asked ma’am can you hand me my pizza plzzz (being that’s it’s closer to her off the counter) She then stated she’s a Germ’a’phobe 🦠 I decided to give her a few customer service tips without attacking, aggressive, or rude! I stated if you are that then why not put on gloves, it’s a box, you were okay to go and grab my pizza, but not hand it to me! (At least she can sit it down closer to the customer when placing it on the counter) I stated it’s enough going on in the world, we (ppl) pay our money and trust that you guys will do right serving us food and it’s quite rude that we come in your establishment & treated unfairly! The manager (I guess with poor hygiene) comes up and ask what’s the problem! I began to tell him his cashier is rude, he cuts me off to tell me, “she’s the sweetest person he knows” I stated that’s his opinion etc, & tells me MAYBE she didn’t mean it like that etc! No coaching to better the situation but soothes it as if it’s acceptable! The other cashier never displayed this actions even on busy days! The other cashier had a lot to say because I paid for a pizza 2 months prior (whom was training this same cashier) and after my no tip transaction she blurted out see “they don’t never tip ya!” I had cash in hand to tip just paid with pizza with card! I said to her, “ma’am we sometimes can miss our blessings by running our mouths to fast & you have a BLESSED DAY! I writing this to explain that it’s younnng children that has to become adults on day, teach them better than the nonsense (racial especially) that was...
Read moreI used to work for pizza hut in Marietta Ga. So i'm familiar with food handling procedures and such. But if you've never handled food a day in your life you would know the difference between sanitary and disgusting.
Environment: The store wasn't the dirtiest I've seen but the floors could've been swept. However the make table was gross. Food scrapes everywhere with obvious disregard for any possible cross contamination. People have allergies and if the table is so nasty that you can't confirm that THIS didn't touch THAT then you have a problem. The doh was sitting there like a comfy perch for flies and all of the topping containers remained uncovered for the entirety of my stay. Not once did I see the make table wiped clean or the gutter box(where the ALL scraps SHOULD go) cleared. The cut table was hidden; god only know what could've been back there.
Staff: The pizza makers did NOT wash their hands and did NOT ware gloves before making my pizza, one handled money in the middle of the process and neither of them wore hair nets. The costumer service was very nice. That's the only compliment I can give besides the pizzas' aesthetic. (it looked nice)
...which segways into the next point...
Pizza: i'm rather shy so i just took the pizza and hoped for the best. Because the make table was disgusting i was constantly examining the pizza...and I found a HAIR. There were probably more but I just closed the box; i didn't want to look at it...
Read moreI've been using this Domino's for years and if you need a carryout Pizza or any other menu item they are fantastic but the last several months I have been unable to leave the house and once a week I like to order pizza for my daughter and I. I don't know what I've been doing to piss these people off but it seems like almost every driver messes with my food in some way. I live roughly three miles from the Domino's and I understand that sometimes other orders need to get done first but sometimes my food doesn't show up for an hour or so so I get cold food that is oftentimes smashed against the side of the box and sometimes it almost seems intentional like how all three of my items today were separately ruined due to either a careless or vindictive delivery driver. It seems kind of weird that I feel like I have to pay $15 or $20 for a tip to make sure I get my food the right way. I understand tipping but my goodness. If anywhere else in town was as cheap to order food directly to my house I would use them instead but unfortunately I don't have that luxury. I have directly contacted Domino's about this already and it kind of seemed like the problems got worse after I did that because I in detail specifically said what had been happening. Can I just get my damn pizza or whatever else I order without all the drama? It's literally the one thing a week I get. It doesn't have me mad, more generally upset that I'm getting punished for a reason...
