I have never had the experience i just had with the dominos near my house. I order from them at least once a week if not more. I was currently having some work done at my house so my husband the kids and i were staying at a local hotel so we ordered pizza and pasta to be delivered. So i placed my order online for two pizzas and a chicken carbonara minus mushrooms. I tracked my order on the tracker and the tracker said it was delivered. Indeed i found it odd for the tracker to be off since we just ordered pizza earlier in the week and it was point on. So it being a saturday i just figured it was off gave it about 15 minutes still no food. So i called my local store where i talked to a girl and she said they were using an updated version and asked me to wait another 15 minutes i agreed. I then received my good in roughly a hour and half vs the 26-48 minute window the tracker said. Like i said i was okay with that its a saturday. Once i opened my pasta i started mixing it up and found mushrooms in my food. I was a little upset. I called my local store back and talked to a gentleman and stressed my concern of me being allergic to mushrooms and he offered to place a credit or remake my food. So i inquired the wait time he said 45 mi utes and i said are u kidding me i have to wait another 45 minutes where he proceeded to tell me i had other food i could eat until it arrived. This is where i began to get upset and asked to talk to a manager where he said he was one and he wasn't going to get it here any quicker. So i said fine i want it in 45 minutes (im staying 5 minutes from the store) however i have 3 babies that were exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The "manager" was very rude and arguing with me and i asked to speak with someone above him he said she will be in tomorrow theres no one else in tonight. So i said okay. Well then my husband was furious at the way i was spoken to and called back where they kept answering and hanging up the phone. He called from our room and talked with a female "manager" that was above the previous manager. Somewhere we were lied to and set my husband off more. So he told them this would not be the end he would call corp. I wanted up to 1145 pm on my pasta at which point we are at 2 hours from previous original order. I called back to inquire where my pasta was and apparently the manager canceled my food without saying anything left me to sit here hungry and pregnant.    Read moreWe are finally absolutely DONE with this location and will NEVER order from them again under ANY circumstances. We have had many issues over the last couple of years with pizza being delivered much later than expected, being delivered cold, and similar problems. The Domino's Delivery Insurance is a joke at this location. We've complained and reported it, and by Domino's policy they are supposed to make it right or get a refund. Nope. Never had that ever happen in a few years. Because we like their pizza and other food we keep trying, despite multiple frustrations. Tonight was the last straw. We called and were told it would be 35-40 minutes for pickup and 70-80 for delivery. Okay, it's a Friday night so waits are longer. Totally understand that. We chose pickup so it would be done quicker. We got there at the 40 minute mark and they said it would be another 15 minutes. That was frustrating as heck. So we asked if they had even started the order. THEY HAD NOT! Yes, I know weekend nights are busy, but don't promise something will be ready at a certain time, and then when someone gets there at that time it hasn't even been started!!!! The Domino's app had stated that the pizza had already been prepared, an obvious lie! We got a refund but the person working there was very unpleasant and rude.    Read moreOnly reason I get dominos is because itâs the best out of the 3 big chain pizza delivery in Cartersville, GA. And the kids like them for whatever reason. The other 2 would only get 1 Star. They skimp on the toppings, especially the meats. And there are always air bubbles in the crust and some are quite large. I got a buffalo chicken pizza last time and had 3 pieces with no chicken on them. They are being typical as to that the people that work there are just there to get a paycheck. They donât show any pride in their work. Dominos delivery tracker needs work also. Itâs just on a standard timer. Iâve gotten delivery and takeout before and the tracker said the pizza was ready (for the take out) and should have been already delivered (for the delivery) and was 20-30 min behind schedule. Very disappointed in that. The app also doesnât show accurate delivery time when the local store is super busy. One time (itâs been a while) but I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and got it without any buffalo sauce. And when I called and complained the Mgr on duty first argued with me then even wanted to charge me another delivery fee. On their mess up.
