Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgia

Had 2 coffees cream and sugar (this coffee did not taste like normal Dunkin' donut coffee very strong and old), 1 order of hash rounds, 1 Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, 1 Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and 1 Vanilla Crème Donut. The person taking the order did not read the order back to me. That cause confusion. I did not receive what I asked for. Which was 2 coffees cream and sugar(without saying should have been fresh), 2 order of hash rounds, 1 Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich with egg whites only, 1 Sourdough Grilled Cheese Sandwich, and 12 Vanilla Crème Donuts. If the order would have been placed the way I asked it would have cost more money and I would gladly pay it instead of paying for something that wasn't worth it, I would recommend that the employees be checked for what they're doing inside the store rather than working. Me and my boyfriend went to Dunkin’ baskin Robbin’s to get milkshakes after a long day of work. We were both tired and didn’t feel like dealing with people so we went through drive through. They were very rude to us when they took our order. Never told us our total. We ordered a large Oreo milkshake and a medium cookie dough milkshake. After they took forever to take our payment they took forever to give us the milkshakes. Instead of giving us our large and medium milkshake they only gave us mediums. Which wouldn’t necessarily be a huge deal however the shakes were disgusting. It was more milk than anything, it was not mixed properly, and they did not wash the blender after using it. My cookie dough had chunks of Oreos and frankly tasted more like Oreo than cookie dough which is extremely unsanitary. this dunkin is only good is avi is there that’s the only time my food is made correctly i work nearby and go there religiously and if he’s not there i will literally just turn around and walk out because nope and if he ever leaves or they fire him i’ll take my money back to i prefer them but i go to this dunkin because he has great customer service, keeps the store clean like he’s cleaning everytime i go in there and he actually knows how to make everything on the menu properly and it actually feel worth paying the outrageous prices for dunkins mediocre food and coffee and if they get rid of him or leaves this will be changed because he’s the only reason this dunkin is worth getting anything from (jake is also wonderful and does good on making the...
