I’d rate it -5 stars if I could. I pull up to the drive through and the girl doesn’t even say hi or thankyou for choosing DD. NOTHING just stone cold “order when you’re ready”. I start ordering and I haven’t even told her if I want it on a bagel or ciabatta bun or anything all I’ve basically said was chicken and chipotle sauce and she cuts me off and says they’re out of ciabatta buns. I finished ordering and she just tells me to pull around. Ofcourse I say “thankyou” and she responds with “yea”. Seriously corporate, If your employees are gonna be mad for working on a Sunday, either replace them for someone who definitely needs a job or start closing on Sundays like chick-fil-A does so. I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for my sandwich and this is a pretty long review. I’ve been sitting at the drive thru no less than 13 minutes now, and yes I’ve been keeping count. These people make you feel like you’re being a burden to them. The only thing I ordered was a bagel with chicken, bacon, chipotle sauce and cheese. I’ve worked in fast food before when I was in HS. It takes no longer than 6 minutes for chicken to cook. This place is pathetic. The ONLY good thing about my experience was when wood/woody handed me my order, completely different attitude form the girl who took my order and money. Please give this guy a promotion or a raise or something. I knew he was trying to turn my experience 180 degrees but First time here and it was an absolute miss rather than a hit. First and last time I’ll ever be stopping by. Please close this place down and transfer wood/woody to the location on cobb pkwy and throw in a promotion...
Read moreThis is a review about a specific food item I ordered from this location. I rarely ever indulge in a sweet treat, I am a big coffee drinker so my go to is just my regular black coffee, but with fall just around the corner my basic white girl instincts kicked in as soon as I read the word “ pumpkin “ …. I must order this. I ordered the pumpkin donut, I believe I had this donut back when I was just a munchkin ( haha get it ) but I couldn’t recall the taste so I was thrilled to give this a try once again. As soon as opened the bag to give this donut a try, we made eye contact. There was a lot of tension between me and this pumpkin donut. I knew she was the one. I picked it up and felt how thick the glaze on it was, my mouth began to water. I took a bite and as soon as I did I felt a dopamine rush. My depression I had 30 seconds ago has now vanished. I felt pure bliss eating this donut and had to share this experience with someone else…. except I don’t have any friends so I gave my dog a nibble. He sniffed it and was slightly hesitant, but as soon as he took that little nibble he literally started to profusely shake out of excitement. He started running up the walls like Spider-Man and doing back flips, his depression was also now cured, all because of this donut. If you’re reading this I hope you make the time to go get yourself this pumpkin donut before the season comes to an end. It cures all mental illnesses, possibly even physical ones. It brings families and friends together again. Don’t you dare pass on this opportunity because this was the most inviting experience. Thank you...
Read moreIt is unfortunate that this Duncan donuts on Windy Hill has a 3.5 star rating. Most of the staff are outrageously kind and the other members are fascinatingly pleasant. As a person with a family who most times I will honestly say it's not so easy to please the standards I have set( for those who help the public in retail and customer service oriented settings):when it relates to having excellent customer service as I expect everyone to be treated like gold. THIS dunkin' donuts definitely sets the expectation high for sure branches to meet The excellent expedited friendly service you will receive here. Other dunkin' donuts I'm sure does their very best. I travel out of my way almost 10 minutes specifically to come to this location at least three times for work each morning and minimally two times per week for myself. I wouldn't choose another DD's. The owner the management and the staff deserve recognition and hopefully if you are anticipating great food donuts and coffees this is the place to go. There isn't a Time that I visit this location on Windy Hill seconds away from Cobb Parkway without leaving a generous tip. The management treat the staff overwhelmingly great and you can guarantee you will have a smile early in the morning or late in the evening. Each experience will be personable and speedy with...
