Krystal — Restaurant in Georgia

Food was great. We don't have a Krystal's close by where we live in Florida so we was excited that our last bought meal in Georgia after visiting family was going to be Krystal's..we got the 24 Krystals pack half with cheese. A corn pup for our pup ( I did take a small bit because they are sooo good ) and that was going to be my full order until I noticed there was tater tots. So I ordered two large tots to complete my drive thru order. Now the customer service was great, polite and cheerful, although when I we asked for ketchup he only gave us 6 or 7 packs for 24 mini burgers and tots. I do know as a business they have to look out for cost. I just should have been more specific on how much we wanted. Now the food was good. No complaints but we ordered 2 large tots. When I looked at the box I noticed the box was kinda small but I wasn't complaining. That is until I pulled the box out and noticed it wasn't even half full nor was my husband's. when people order fries, o-rings, tots, ect they expect a full box not half full. Food to go is already a bit pricey so we, as the consumer, want what we pay for..I was going to go in and complain, (politely.. I wasn't going to act like a Karen because if it ) but I decided not to and just take what I have so we could get on the road back home to sunny Fla..I was going to give 3 stars because of this but like I said everything else was fine. Don't really care about the ketchup, just a little silly to get 6 packs with so much food..so I'll give a 4 ⭐ since everything else was great..it could have been a mistake, maybe the fry cool was in a hurry and didn't notice the box wash full. Could have been anything. Other than that great place to eat for fast food, I do recommend if your traveling because it's easy and if you get the family packs it'll last awhile bif it's just a couple of you traveling. I still had some left by the time we made it home 9 hours later and didn't have to stop for any more...

I have stopped by this exact location multiple times over the years throughout my travels. The last time I was here was approximately 6 months ago and everything was great. I stopped again today 3/9/25 and the place is in dissaray! Holes in the bathroom walls with exposed insulation and water damage, the lighting is awful, the women's restroom was disgusting, the floors were covered in what I can hope would be water; and the bathroom door does not lock. Customer service was mediocre, the employees acted as if they wish we hadn't even came in. We got our food to go as we are travelling so when we got in our car we found that the burgers were old, cold, and flavorless, the bread was absolutely soggy in some places and hard In others, and the onions that are there look as though they have been on these burgers all morning or possibly from last night. They're dark, and dry. This is awful, this establishment had gone down hill tremendously as of late. Another thing noted was the lighting in the building is awful, the sign is falling apart (inside and outside), and the self serve drink machine is no longer in use, you must ask for a refill and they make your drink, which is fine, but they need to atleast clean the self serve drink machine as it has MOLD and nastiness growing in it and the drain! We ate breakfast there and dinner that same evening when we walked in it was nothing but smiling faces the the young there I can't remember her name maybe Erica she made us feel so welcome ask us was we enjoying our stay in Cornelia. And took our order for us and made sure we got what we ask very professional and the employees in the back just seemed happy and wanted to be there very fast. And the breakfast was amazing times 10. For dinner the same way we walked in smiling faces and the manager I think Ashley greeted us very professional and she was very friendly and you could just tell she was a hard worker she took our order and she double checked our order and got our order to us it seemed like within 5 minutes and came back several times and not counting the other employees coming by and ask us was everything ok or could they get us anything else and the employees we talk to welcomed us back and wished us a good day. My experience at this Dairy Queen on a scale of 1 to 10 would definitely be a 100 best restaurant i have ever been in and all the food was amazing and the ice cream was addictive but i will be visiting that area again soon and I will be visiting the great employees at the dairy Queen again and...
