There is a lot to love about Fratelli's, and I eat there somewhat regularly with a group of friends.

Unfortunately, a pricing discrepancy between the large menu and what they actually charge keeps clouding my experience. I like to order the Pepperoni & Mushroom Calzone that is specifically listed as $8.50 on the menu. The consistently charge me for a cheese calzone at $7.65 plus $1.70 for the toppings. I realize this is only $.85 difference and that's not a ton of money, but in principal this really bothers me. I expressed my concern through an online message in February and I received a message apologizing for the issue and confusion, though no offer to make it right, with assurance they were working on a new menu. It has been nearly three months since that response, and the problem continues without any mention of the extra charge when ordering. When I politely mention the discrepancy to the cashier when ordering, they either stare at me with confusion or bridled irritation.

I realize making this issue a big deal in my review may sound petty, but if they're quietly overcharging me on this menu item, then I assume they are over charging other people, and that adds up. On principle, it's not okay.

Now, to be fair, the food is good and the servers generally do a fine job. The food doesn't tend to come out together for tables, but it does come out fresh and hot.

Overall, this is a good restaurant and I will eat there again, but until they either fix the menu issue or start notifying people of the actual price before they actually order, I'm going to have a hard time getting...

I like the musical aspects. The decor is minimal but showcases many musical artists such as Nirvana and Jimi Hendrix. The breadsticks were good but one couldn’t really call them breadsticks. They were like a mixture between cheese sticks and bread sticks but somehow they worked. I also ordered the Sicilian pizza and the medium half pep half cheese. The medium half pep and half cheese had a nice cheese pull and crispy crust. You have to eat it fast, but not too fast as the toppings will fall off, but somewhere in the middle so the cheese doesn’t congeal. The salad was also good, however it would have been better without the green peppers. The Sicilian I wanted to like but it was underwhelming. There was too much breading and not enough toppings to make it seem like you are not eating dough. After one slice I had to ask for sauce to make up for how dry the dough was which helped. The sauce is also free which was ahmazing. I feel as though maybe I ordered the wrong toppings because it had the potential to be great like a really good bread bowl. Overall the service was good but I don’t see myself ordering the...

First time ever going to this restaurant and it will be the last. The first issue is, the hostess that rings you up lies to you and tells you that the card machine Charges you a tax to use it. I found this out because my total was 24.20 but then it went to $25.30. I asked her why, and she said the machine charge as a tax. That is a total lie. The truth is, the merchant is charged a fee to have a credit machine and they don’t want to pay the fee. Therefore they have the hostess lying to you and telling you it’s a tax when it’s actually a fee for them having the credit machine. The cost of doing business is paying the fees for customers when they use a credit card. It’s not the customers responsibility to cover their fees. If they don’t want to pay fees and they should take cash only. The other thing is, I bought a Philly cheesesteak and basically it was all bread and nothing else you can see by the picture that there is no meat on the sandwich. I do not recommend anyone going here and I should’ve read the reviews...

This little Italian fast casual restaurant is a diamond in the rough. Located in the middle of a mediocre group of eateries, when you walk in and are made immediately aware by the choice of music and quirky motif that this is a laid back feel good sort of place. As we waited for our calzones, we were serenaded by the cook singing along with America's A horse with no name. We were pleasantly surprised by not only how quickly our order was expedited, but when it arrived to the table my son's reaction to site of the calzone was "oh wow". Oh wow was appropriate because I found myself lingering on every bite of this golden shelled plate of culinary bliss made better only by dipping my fork full of Italian goodness into a nice compliment of marinara sauce. I will be back...and I am bringing some friends!

Wes the owner is really nice and cares about his business and customers! The customer service is pretty good most of the time. The food is sometimes over cooked but they make it right! The atmosphere is good we enjoy sitting outside when it’s nice enough and listening to the live music! The lighting and heat and fans make it nice! I have some natural pest options that would love to share with the owners! We also like sitting inside at the many different themed tables, sometimes it’s a little chilly but it’s usually nice! We live close by so this is one of our frequent places! Tonight I had ordered a 12 in meatball sub and a large meat lovers pizza, I received an 8 inch sub that was over cooked but when I called Wes was quick to make it right! Thank you Wes! Pics are the fist sub vs the remade one!

We like the food. Here's where the problem is. Sat down in first table north east corner of restaurant in a shirt that I had bought 20 minutes before I sat down. One of the nails ripped a hole in the brand new shirt. Managers solution was a free order of bread sticks. I don't know where he buys his clothes but even a cheap shirt is more than an order of bread sticks. Still had the receipt and the part of the shirt was still stuck in the chair. 10 minutes later another nail almost tore a hole in a second shirt. Staff acted as if this was my problem and at the end it ended up being my problem. Also couldn't use order from table because no service and the password given wouldn't work. Not a good dining experience to spend 300% the cost of your meal on lost clothing.
