Decided to walk in for breakfast, as the drive-thru line had several cars waiting. Inside, there were 5 people standing around near the counter, and 1 person at the counter. I asked others standing there if there was a line, was told "no, we're all waiting to order but no one's taking orders." I made a quick decision to wait only 5 minutes to get the chance to order, as I needed to get going, so I looked at the time. 2 other people came in during that 5 minutes, but when they saw all of us standing, they didn't stay. All this time, the manager (gentleman wearing a dress shirt different than the other workers) who was at the counter, putting freshly made food in bags and handing it to the drive-thru worker, nor any other employee faced the counter nor made an effort to see if anyone was waiting inside. Some of us chatted a bit, so they KNEW people were there. An older man waiting inside called out to the manager, "How long do we have to wait?" to which the manager turned around and SHOUTED (I'm not exaggerating - he shouted) "I've got people who've been waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes!" That man said, "Well you've got people in here who have been waiting that long, but you wouldn't know because you refuse to turn around and even acknowledge you have an inside counter." The manager didn't speak, just turned back around and continued filling bags. We all just looked at each other and then walked out. I get it, it's hard to get people to work fast-food. This manager is no doubt pulling double shifts and doing work that others should be doing. But, why ignore half your guests? I won't be back. Ever. This is also what most everyone else said as we...
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the womans restroom! The room was on the small side, but it definitely had room for more than one stall. The stall was huge and I would say 3 regular sized stalls could've easily fit! I would recommend an upgrade ASAP! I was washing my hands and there was a soap dispenser on both sides of the sink(neither labeled) I was trying towashing my hands with sanitizer... The type of handle on the sink was the type you pushed down and it was timed and I had pushed it a few times trying to get the alcohol from the sanitizer off my hands, well I pushed them both down for maybe the 3rd or 4th time. We'll it was so hot it literally burned my skin! So if I had been a smaller child, it could've really hurt them! By this time, I'm ready to get my food and get out to my vehicle. The customer service was horrible, This is by far the worst Hardee's I have ever been to, they got the order wrong, ignored me with her butt to the whole store, she was bent over leaning over with her elbow on the counter talking and laughing with the cooks, I said excuse me ma'am, she slowly turned her head and looked at me over her shoulder and looked right back in the kitchen and continued to talk and laugh. I was so upset at this point, I went to the car and let my friend grab the food. When the food finally did come and he brought to me, I was shorted an order of onion rings, and the strawberry shake I ordered was the consistency of milk and there was small lumps of vanilla ice cream and pink syrup was all over dripping down the cup and making a mess. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER RETURN TO...
Read moreWhen will I ever learn? I really like hamburgers, the Frisco Burger, in particular, so I went to the Hardee's at the I-95 and 204 interchange in Savannah. The cashier, obviously, was new to the job. A gentleman, I suppose to be the Shift Manager, was assisting him with the guest ahead of me. I figure, he's new, no problem. I placed my order with no trouble, whatsoever. I secured my drink, condiments and napkins and took a seat. That was at 4:19PM. I had ordered a chocolate shake, which basically amounted to thick chocolate milk and was halfway through it. So, I return to the counter at about 4:30PM, hear the cook say the Frisco Burger is up and watch a team member place it in a bag and go about her business. I ask if that's mine? She says, yes, and I ask about the onion rings. The cook says, oh, those haven't been dropped yet. I finish my chocolate shake, return to the counter at 4:40PM and order a small coke to drink with my meal. The onion rings are up now, but the Frisco Burger is cold. I request a fresh one, return to my table, eat the onion rings while they're hot and, as I'm just about to eat the last onion ring, the cook brings my burger to the table and says, that came up quicker than I expected. Bottom line? I never thought I would sit down for a Four Course Meal at a fast food joint. Yet, there I was with 1) Dessert, Chocolate Shake; 2) Appetizer, Onion Rings; Soft Drink, Coca-Cola; and Main Course, Frisco Burger. One...
