I absolutely love jimmy johns. However this particular location has really disappointed me. Today i placed an online order for a club tuna no tomato add Dijon mustard. The experience went left when the delivery driver is just sitting outside “assuming” he’s lost . Didn’t think to call me( customer number is on receipt attached to bag) I watched him drive past twice i call the store to have them call him and give directions to me. Shortly after calling the store he drives to me. I receive my sandwich NO CHEESE was on it. Fine no super big deal i call and verify that the sandwich i ordered in fact comes with cheese. Which is does so i get it remade. To not confuse another driver i decided i would go pick up the remake. I get the remake go home just to open my sandwich and there’s no mustard. I understand the daily pressure of the restaurant industry and I never leave bad reviews on restaurants!!! I WORK IN THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY and in Insurance!! I tipped my delivery guy whom was very nice but the manager and and OWNER JOEY must have had a terrible day or chose the wrong industry! They are so rude! I’m the customer giving my hard earned money! I expected more respect. My order was WRONG I asked for Mayo and mustard I asked for extra onions told him I loved they’re onions and hardly any was put on the sandwich. Read morefood has always been good but delivery/customer service is unacceptable. my order was out for delivery for 40 minutes before i got my food and I live 1.5 miles down the street from this jimmy johns. when I called (30 min after it was out for delivery) and very nicely asked about my order, the employee on the phone said “honestly we have our slowest driver out today. if he’s not there within the next 10-15 minutes give us another call and I’ll call him and straighten him out”. you’re joking, right? so your driver is just out there with my food somewhere doing god knows what and you’ll only call him to “straighten him out” if he’s an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes late with my order? why does he even work there if this is so common for him? so much for...
