My #1 favorite Starbucks I've ever been to with my favorite baristas EVER (shoutout to Ally, Ashante, Miss Mary, Ashley - and everyone else who has helped me, I'm sorry I may have spelled some names wrong and/or forgot your names)! I was lucky enough for this location to open around the corner from my apartment complex while I was completing a residency (aka needing coffee at any and all hours of the day). I was the person that frequently went for my morning fix (and sometimes - okay all the time - for a post-dinner coffee to help keep me focused). But really - the morning and night shift crews usually recognized me by my order or my super curly hair :D. They reward their loyal customers not only with the rewards in the app, but also some freebies and samples of their new drinks! Here's an example of the amazing service to expect here - shoutout again to Ally who recognized when my dad was ordering my usual (when I wasn't in the car with him) and asked if he was indeed ordering for me! AND when I told Ally I was moving back to Texas, she gave me a big hug and a free drink card to use for my first drink back in Texas. Seriously y'all - best service ever!
For the location itself - nice open seating area inside and a small covered patio outside. EXTREMELY fast drive thru that I rarely decided to mobile order here (versus ALWAYS mobile ordering in the past). Wi-fi was there when I needed it.

Read moreMe and my coworker go here at least 6 times or more a month to get coffee and occasionally breakfast as well. We are always very polite, there have been several times our drinks were absolutely disgusting but we never complain. Often we can’t even order on the app because they have white mocha marked as out but they magically have it when you get there and order. I guess they don’t know how to mark items off the app when they are actually out though. Tuesday morning 02/08/22 my coworker went to pick up my mobile order for my drink and parfait and they said they were out of the parfait but can’t refund me so pick another item no specifications were given as to what it could be so she had to call me and I told her egg bites just for them to tell her that wasn’t allowed because it was a different category. This made her upset since she would have to call me again and she ended up snapping on them saying she would just pay me back and she left. It’s ridiculous to me that 1) There is no method of refunding an order without the original card through the app. Don’t people often pick up other’s mobile orders? 2) That when you as a business make a mistake you are unwilling to replace the item with another just because it is what, a 75 cents to a dollar more? It’s not her fault so I will not let her pay me back so now I’m just out $4. If I could get the money off my gift card that I have left I would because I will not continue to spend money at such a greedy company that doesn’t care about their REGULAR customers who never complain...

My issue with them is that they do not update the available food in the Starbucks app once it sells out, so I've arrived three times in the last two weeks to find out my order couldn't be filled. The first time it happened I went through the drive-thru to pick it up and had to order something else and wait for it to be made. The second time I went inside to pick it up, and I stood at the pick-up counter waiting for my food for a couple of minutes before walking to the order side and asking about it myself. No one asked me what I was waiting for, and they hadn't even made my coffee either - and they were not busy. The third time I went through the drive-thru and they again told me they had sold out of the food I ordered, so I asked to just be refunded. When I got to the window I waited a couple minutes before knocking on the ledge to get their attention, because they were busy chatting with each other. I told them this is the third time I've experienced this, and that I order through the app because I'm on my way to work and don't generally have the time to wait. I got nothing but a "sorry" from them, and I will not be back, nor will I recommend anyone to use this...
