Bojangles — Restaurant in Jefferson

My husband went to Bojangles after a late work night to get food for us and kids. It was horrible.

-He asked for his receipt, the cashier, refused saying she'd call out his number. -After 30 minutes of waiting (he was told 15 minutes) the employees were playing, eating, laughing not concerned about his food or the orders behind him, he finally receives his food. -No receipt taped to the box -He drives home only to realize they didn't give him his complete order after being reassured. -He calls back and receives no apology -When he goes to get the biscuit not only is he greeted my the cashier with an under-the-breath "seriously?" but still received no receipt or apology -THEN when he get home it's COLD

Mind you this whole time the restaurant was practically empty!

I call. I asked for the manager and receive an annoyed "speaking", told her our issues in a professional manner and receive a child like excuses. Apparently, she is a manager but doesn't know how to print out receipts nor manager her employees.

I love Bojangles... but this treatment is just amazing...

Everything seemed basically clean. We stopped for a breakfast biscuit while travelling. We waited 15 minutes just to place the order and two seperate people behind us left rather than wait it out. It took a long time to get the food once we ordered. At one point the person filling our order requested our other biscuit to which the young lady making them said "no!" and followed up with "I'm doing this as fast as I can". Ten minutes after we ordered they gave us one of our biscuits and ten minutes later the second biscuit....so now half of our food is cold it is 30 - 35 minutes since we walked in before we were able to get back on the road. For sure they were understaffed and/or poorly trained at best. The food was mediocre and extraordinarily greasy. I was a little surprised to hear 3 different people complaining about working there and one saying "this is going to be my last day here" so the work environment may be not so good and that may explain the quality of the food...

Stopped to pick up dinner after driving back to Georgia from Ohio. I ordered 8 peice family meal. I ordered all thighs, cole slaw and mashed potatoes with htavy. They said it would be 15 to 20 minutes. We agreed and paid over 26.00 with tax. We waited patiently. After 30 minutes the sift supervisor opened the window and asked what we would like in place of the coleslaw because they didn't have any. I asked why didn't they tell us that 30 minutes ago before we paid. We chose another side and waited some more. He opened the window to hans us 2 small cups of tea. I told him the meal came with a half gallon and he said they didn't have those either. Never apologized was just very matter of fact. The manager was viable in the background and did and said nothing!!!!!! If I hadn't been so tired from driving I would have just told them to give me my money back. I don't think now how this store stays open!!!! They are always out of menu items. Very poorly ran...
