We waited 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not halfway full. It took about 7 minutes for us to receive our drinks. We looked at a dirty table for an hour while waiting. My husband ate 3/4 of the bread. He halfway finished his drink (sweet tea no ice) never refilled, I had a Patron Dragon fruit margarita (finished it entirely); groups of people were served within 15 minutes of being served (food was similar to our order (burgers))-all of this was an hour before we received our food. We were not warned before our food came out of what was on it, the waitress was annoyed when we confusingly told her that we do not/cannot eat the sauces that came with our food that were not listed in the menu, nor did our waitress take time to discuss what came on or with our food. Our food was cold, fries, burger, chicken patty; the cheese was not melted and it was not food regulated. I made up my mind when I saw they charged us for the entire meal; even though the manager said she would take it off due to not being warm; we will not be returning. Cheyenne is the best waitress there, and unfortunately we did not have her as our waitress. All other customers we watched get treated with respect and kindness; from the time we arrived until the time we left. We did not show signs of disrespect. This was our third visit, and our last. ***Warning to all future customers, if you aren't within the "Boojie" crowd, or completely Caucasian knowing the staff, you will be treated disrespectfully, and probably won't be served until an hour after being seated with a bad attitude waitress, staring at a table next to you that has not been bussed, and a manager that charged for food that you didn't touched after they said you didn't have to pay for cold food which they can get into trouble for serving under temped.

During our visit to LongHorn in Moultrie, Georgia, for my stepson’s 15th birthday, I had a generally positive experience. Our server, Morgan, was very attentive and helpful throughout our meal. However, I did encounter a minor issue when my steak turned out to be overly salty. It’s worth noting that this was the first time I’ve had such an experience, and it wasn’t the fault of our waitress. Additionally, the bread served at our table left something to be desired, as it was cold and tough. Despite this, the restaurant itself was clean, and the staff members were friendly. They promptly addressed the issue with my steak and provided a replacement that I took home in a to-go box. This adjustment was much appreciated, as the overly salty taste from the initial steak had affected my appetite. Overall, our experience at this relatively new LongHorn location was positive, aside from the salty steak and the bread. The attentive staff and their willingness to address issues promptly were notable highlights of our visit.

When supervisors/shift schedulers/management threatening employees to come in is crazy!!! This snow has turned into ice and for one is hard enough to get to your vehicle, Shovel snow off of it to help get someone else to work all the while semis and cars are slipping and sliding across the roads. The sun being out obviously is not making the ICE melt any faster. Have some grace and mercy in a non threatening manner, for you may need that same grace and mercy yourself . Dollar sign city is all you see! Now for employees that want to risk it all and have to go in then so be it!!! Because as soon as something happens Longhorn can surely say: We told them not to come in.. Send me a text saying I don’t have to come in but that is to much like right‼️ can’t even see the driveways and one wrong turn or move and can go into a ditch or worse‼️ I did screenshot so you can’t just delete this‼️💯#Boom but if this ain’t you please disregard. I don’t want any Mad food brought to me or cooked for me‼️💯

I used to love going to Longhorns, but lately the food seems to be going downhill at this location. Last year, I ordered the Outlaw ribeye and medium rare. I got a burnt steak. The replaced it with a blue steak (almost raw). The manager took over and did it himself, it was perfect. Now for the current. I went there with my family. We had excellent server. She was on top of it. Everything was coming out perfect. Until, I got my steak. Now I don't know who's running the grill in the back, but it seems that they dumped the entire spice container for the steak and just refused to even clean it off. I started to eat it and it felt a little more spicy than normal as I got closer to the middle. It was so overwhelming that it actually hurt now to make sure it's not me. I had my stepson try it and he loves spicy. When you hear "Oh my God this is...wow...man", That should be explanation enough. To the point where dairy products could not extinguish the spices. Honestly, I think I'll give him one more try. After that I'm going to have to pick a new place because there's no way that anyone could be that incompetent on a grill or the flat top. Again, the servers were awesome. It was not that busy. To have someone pair a meal like that was either intentional or absolutely just ignorant on how to cook a basic meal. Longhorns, if you're reading this and I hope you do, you might want to consider some serious retraining for the people that are running the steaks. I've gotten numerous to-go orders and they always turn up up. I would say three and a half four stars. But the in-house, I don't know if it's separate people separate groups or what.. but they should never be allowed to touch anything more than a peanut butter and...

We came in around 9pm on Saturday with a group of people. Trinity R was our server. It was 4 different tables. The rest of the group got drinks and bread while we were ignored for about 15 minutes. We had to flag her down to tell her we were also with that group. We didn’t get menus or silverware or bread the whole night. We finally got drinks as everyone else got their salads. We got one salad and we had to ask after another 15 minutes for the other salad and the server got an attitude with us saying they still had to be put together. We had to look online just to see a menu, when our order was taken she was rushing us and missed the order of a person sitting with us. We had to catch her before walking off. We got our food and everything seemed right but we had to rush to leave as we were two hours from home and it was 10:30 pm at this point and didn’t look at our ticket and we noticed today were charged for two kids drinks and a sweet tea that we didn’t even have. I ordered the $18 8 oz sirloin and was charged 25 DOLLARS FOR A 6 oz filet. It took 25 minutes just to separate all the tickets because she put 4 tables worth of food in as one ticket. When complaining to a man I’m guessing was the manager, he got an attitude with us saying it took time to separate them all when she probably shouldn’t have put it all together to begin considering she just put random things we...
