Omg… so this location was open for two months and no one had ever cleaned the water pump. The pump ultimately ended up breaking due to the amount of mold build up. (The water pump is used for ALL SMOOTHIES) 😅🤣I bet the health department didn’t check for that… I mean who would.. it’s a new establishment. Oh and to all my vegan friends, don’t order the plant based chicken.. it’s always outdated but will indeed still be served. I love Tropical Smoothie, but this location definitely has some ethnical and health concerns. Don’t think because it’s “fruit” it’s deemed healthy. The calories can be found on the company website. As a regular here, I strongly suggest customizing your smoothies using the app (or at the counter when you order) - you can substitute or eliminate sweeteners and almost every other ingredient! For example, I always substitute Splenda for the sweetener. I also substitute (not add) the WHITE Ghirardelli chocolate for the dark Ghirardelli chocolate that comes in a couple smoothies (Mocha Madness, Peanut Butter Cup). To be clear, substitutions do not cost extra, but additions usually do. For example, I like to add whey protein to various smoothies for a little extra punch! This cost a little extra.

Really, enjoyed my Island Punch Smoothie. Staff thought nervous were extremely pleasant. The product/supplement ratio was noticeably and I can taste the supplements added to my smoothie but I have high hopes and will be back. Being in the industry, I would say just watch your drive-through times and things will go well. Thank you! Had to come back and edit my review because the last three times I’ve visited your location and I’m a regular.. The drive-through person has got my order wrong, each time actually gave me something I was allergic to when I ask for it to be substituted three times. Please work on that!
