I had an extremely negative experience at your restaurant two days ago.❗❗ While in the drive-thru, my mother ordered two ice waters. The young employee at the window abruptly cut her off, demanding our receipts. Confused, we asked why and repeated our order. The employee then shoved our food out the window, slammed the window shut, and forgot the waters. When we called her attention to this, she returned and stated, "I don't have time for this," before slamming the window again!! She eventually returned with the waters, and my mother kindly said, "It's okay, love, just calm down." The employee then launched into an aggressive tirade, stating, "I'm an accountant," and telling my mother, "You should be ashamed, you're such an embarrassment, to your daughter!" (GIRL BYE!)
My mother asked to speak to the manager, but no one came. I then went inside to address the situation, remaining calm and collected. I simply wanted to speak with a manager. The same employee approached me, asking if I had a problem. When I asked for her name, she said "Elisabeth," which seemed suspicious. I then spoke with her supervisor, who refused to give her name, claiming she was "new" and appearing tongue tie and unhelpful.
This employee's behavior towards my mother was completely unacceptable, and no customer should ever be treated this way. After reading recent online reviews, I suspect this may be the same employee involved in other similar incidents. She was a Hispanic female, approximately 18-20 years old, with a short stature, a black ponytail, and a very rude and disrespectful demeanor.
I was unable to speak with a manager at the time, but I have filed a formal complaint through the McDonald's website and am sharing my experience here with Google review.

A total of 9 customers in store trying to order, some were older people who didn't understand the kiosk and needed employee help placing their orders. Cashier was finally made to come up front only to walk away from the register leaving it open in front of customers with cash in the drawer. A manager finally came up front to give food and found the cash drawer sitting open, only took 10 minutes with the drawer wide open with no employees around. The 4 people ahead of me who received their food were given wrong items and missing items and had to wait before anyone would come to the front. My order was wrong and I was missing items, as were the people ahead of me. Total time spent waiting on my order was around 20 minutes with an additional 15 minutes to have my order fixed. The manager, an older woman maybe in her late 50s, smelled of alcohol and could barely form coherent sentences and she was the one up front attempting to fix orders. UPDATE:: Ordered mcribs on the app tonight and paid on the app. Went to pick up my food and was told they only had 1 mcrib left but they would substitute my other 4 with chicken nuggets..... how can you substitute a mcrib with a 10 piece? Not even equal value. This location needs shut down after the attitude I got when I was displeased with their 'fix' I ordered 5 mcribs, you don't have them, that's fine.
