Where to begin. I guess the time from the receipt is a good start. Our order was taken and paid for at 1800 (6pm). I figured that I would have about 10-15minuets at most so I kept my eye on the screen with in progress and serving numbers on it. At 15min I thought any time now. 25min ok what's up here when I was standing at the collection point I watched as they made the 2 kids meals. At 35 min one of the guys asked if I was my ticket number. He said we are waiting on the 1/4 pounder. Wait did you have to go to another McDonald's and ask if you can have one of theirs? Is it that hard to make? There is meat cheese ketchup mustard onion and a bun. Nothint fancy intact very simple and yet you can do this simplest of tasks. It's not like I was asking you to figure out the angle and slope of a corner going over a mountain pass now is it..... 45min after order has been complete I finally recieved my food when I stopped opened the kids meals felt the food and said that it was stone cold I got looked at with shock and horror when I told them I need it to be remade as it's cold. It's weird how those 2 meals were remade and given to me in about all of 2min... This is the worst McDonald's I have been to and if the owner loses their franchise I will be ok with that. Steer clear of this one unless you want cold food and a long wait, even though FAST Food is meant to be exactly that FAST FOOD. I almost forgot I had to ask 3 times for the 2 milks and the medium cup that I ordered with my meals. Dont worry you can only...
Read moreWaited in the outside drive through lane for a long time. Watched other vehicles pull off that were in front of us. We said hello several times until finally someone said that they would be with us in a minute. Nope! We watched several people that pulled up after us get their orders taken in the other lane, but never us. Eventually, we pulled to the window where we continued to have an extended wait. So, I called the store and asked for a manager. The woman identified herself as the manager, and said they were short staffed and only running one drive through lane. WHAT???? I asked why don't they close it then. But no answer. Asked again but no answer. Well, by this time someone identifying herself as the manager came to the window to speak with the driver of my vehicle. As she spoke, I realized that she sounded like the same person that just left me hanging on the phone....and I told her I was offended by her actions and was going to report this to the owner. She did not offer ANY apology, and certainly didn't seem interested in trying to rectify the situation, although reluctantly said she would take our order. As more and more vehicles kept leaving, we decided to join them. We set out to find another place to eat. We wound up at Krystals. I wish I new how to get in touch with the owner of this McDonalds to let them know that they are losing a lot of business. ...
Read moreMy wife and I went to this McDonald's at 7:45 11/13/16 a Sunday morning we sat in the drive-through unattended for approximately eight minutes. We decided to enter the establishment, we found at the drive-through from the inside was unattended. We simply ordered coffee oatmeal and hashbrowns this transaction took approximately 15 minutes and lobby was virtually empty, the manager told us the coffee wasn't made which was unbelievable at 7:45 in the morning. The employees seemed to be in a jovial mood so much so that they were not in any rush to get the orders to the customers in a timely fashion. This was a beautiful McDonald's very clean however the service did not reflect what McDonald's service should be in that establishment. The manager did not seem to have control of any situation perhaps that particular Sunday crew needs more training or more senior leadership in reference to the service industry. This McDonald has the potential to be a family orientated establishment it just needs individuals who care...
