Mo-Joe's — Restaurant in Georgia

Dear consumers...If you are reading this, it is probably too late and you have fallen victim like the rest of us. If not, DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I have lived in Atlanta for over 30 years and travelled in numerous places around the world and I can honestly say, this establishment has the worst service on God's green earth. Upon entering, I noticed a sick looking Indian (Bollywood) girl with horrible, dead teeth that could not understand my order. I was very patient and considerate with repeating myself because I admired a business that gives people with special needs an opportunity. But then I noticed that she could not hear because she had ear buds on, with music playing through her phone. After I placed a simple order of 10 piece hot wings. It took over 30 minutes, because the kitchen staffed looked like they were still in middle school. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong and refused to fix it. The wings were the size of an infant's thumb and the they weren't even hot, which I paid an extra dollar for. This place is joke, the management and staff should be ashamed. You would be better off spending your money to euthanize kittens or...

I like mo-joes wings. The wings have a delicious sauce, they are not to big which to me means they aren't pumped full of steroids, which is why I gave them the 1 star. The location on mt. zion however sucks do to their poor customer service skills and don't care attitude. My recent visit to this location was a testament to that because of them dishonoring there own coupon and tried to lie to me about it. what made matters worst is that this came from management when a actual employee called them out on there lie. My coupon was for a twenty piece wing drink and fry for 12.99 yet my total came up to 16.50 when management was made aware of this their reply was ''there register can't ring it up that way'' the only thing they could do was take a dollar off my order. they didn't try to offer anything else to compensate for this false advertisement specifically registered to their location only. I let it slide due to I do like there wings and didn't feel like arguing so I paid the extra undeserving 2 dollars only to be short handed again when I get home, my 20 piece is...

Unprofessional! Bad Character.

There is a sign on their door which reflects hours. The Sunday closing hour is 10:00. I arrived there at 9:45PM, the male that is normally there and likely the manager/owner, immediately left the register area when he saw me park. My son knocked on the door, of course to no avail. We waited briefly and then started to depart. While backing out, I noticed the manager/owner peek from an office or door area in the back. There was one additional employee there, of which he certainly made a bad example. The manager/owner obviously has terrible character. If he is too lazy to remain open for posted hours then he should change the hours.
