As a customer you always wanna give the company a second try, But customer service here really is lacking. I made an order of their new chicken poppers, a large specialty pizza and a 20 oz Dr Pepper. The delivery guy brought me everything but my Dr Pepper what she state it he will return to the store since they and I Quote "they" forgot to give it to me. I was OK let me not get upset things happen, humans make mistakes and he said that he will come back and bring me back my Dr Pepper. So I waited, and waited for hrs when I realize that the store was already closed and my delivery was last stop... I was very upset then, I took the man's word. So this morning number 11:18 a.m. I Called in And ask for the manager, Lady on the phone stating " I am the manager" I Express my concern and problem to her, by the sound of her tone she really didn't care about my problem. She me one option I can get a credit next time order!
Really! So since I am in the customer service business I gave her a tip on she send a driver to bring me back my 20 oz Dr Pepper. Wasn't too thrilled about that option, so she said I will send a driver in one hour. Before I had a chance to say anything back I wanted to asked for her name she hung up, a call back she put me on hold, so I call back again and I said don't put me on hold, I just need to know your name, said her name is Tiffany that's the manager name.
People don't order anything from this place, they don't know how to treat customers it's a shame....

Read moreI ordered online and was tracking the order through the link provided in the email. The order showed as "picked up" before I even got to the store. I arrived at the estimated time it said to be there, 13 minutes. I get inside and they tell me the order was in line to be prepared (not started yet) and it would be another 15-20 minutes or so. This was happening to all of the customers coming in who ordered pick up, the door dash, and other drivers coming in to pick up orders too. I finally got the pizza about 35 minutes after the order was placed, which was 22 minutes past the latest time it said it would be "ready" at the latest. Nobody working apologized or expressed concern at any point. They acted like I shouldn't be there. I don't appreciate not being informed they are behind and given a time estimate only to have my time wasted when I arrive. The tracking app is to improve service and I've used it several times with other pizza shops and also this Papa John's locations and others in the past. To top it off, I get home and the pizza isn't all the way baked. I reached out online and reported this though haven't heard back from customer service there either. So this is my way of warning others...
Read moreThe absolute worst service ever! Me and my husband order papa John’s on a regular basis but this store should be shut down!!! The manager that I spoke to by the name given to me “Erica” was the most rude person I’ve ever spoke to! I ordered a pizza that was fine but I ordered garlic knots that were delivered burnt and cold! I was told by a cashier that I would get a credit, when I called to get the credit, Erica explained to me I had to pay two different delivery fees (the garlic knots were free because of their lack of performance and the pizza I ordered! ) when I called and spoke to here she cut me off saying “ ma’am I’m going to wave one deliver fee, IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN HELP U WITH?!” As if I was waisting her time! I’ve never felt so outraged while paying for services! Not only will I never order from this papa John’s again, I will rate this restaurant with 0 stars on every site I possibly can! Don’t waste your time, drive to another restaurant or have a burger, not worth the headache for this...
