The Vitamin Shoppe — Local services in Morrow

Absolutely horrible service! I researched a product on their website. Their website said this location had the item in stock. When I arrived at the store, I was not greeted by either of the two staff members. After spending several minutes looking for the item myself, an older man asked me what I was looking for. When I told him what I was looking for, the female worker said they did not have anymore. I told him the website indicated that they had a large stock. The female worker interrupted again and said they had 3 in stock, but they were holding them for a customer. I said thank you and attempted to leave. Then the older man suggested I go to the Herb Shop (one of their competitors) to buy the item. I told him that store sells the item for a much higher price. Then he told me to call him on Thursday. I told him I was trying to purchase the item today and that I would just try another Vitamin Shoppe location. I was already irritated when they refused to sell the item they had in stock. But I was shocked when the guy tried to send me to their competition. I will never go back to...

I came in & the black lady with a high ponytail/puff asked me if I needed any help & I said “no, i’m just looking to get some weight gainer/protein” & i was like “do you guys have LIKE gnc products?” as i proceeded to point at what i was looking for because i didn’t know the brand names (which I now know - Gold Standard) for the whey protein, etc. and she smartly said “this is Vitamin Shoppe baby not GNC” so I just said okay and walked out because girl.. I know i’m at vitamin shoppe, I saw what I needed online and it stated what I was looking for was in store which is why I came but didn’t know the name of it but I let her have it and decided to just leave a review for poor...

I had an amazing experience shopping at The Vitamin Shoppe in Monroe, GA today! The ladies on staff were absolutely phenomenal—super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt important and valued as a customer.

They took the time to answer my questions, provide great product recommendations, and create an overall positive and uplifting shopping vibe. It was one of those rare experiences where customer service truly stands out.

I’m definitely looking forward to coming back, especially if today’s staff is there again! Thank you all for making my visit such a great one. Highly recommend this location! Thanks again...
