This has become a favorite restaurant for fast casual in the West Cobb area. I like the buffalo tenders and the buffalo chicken sandwich.
The service is always friendly and there's very little wait time after you place the order.
They are quick to come to your table and clean if needed.
And Chris and Jena are superb at managing and running Otter's.
Although it's not a Taco Mac, they have reasonable prices on cold beers and wings and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sports show.
I like the fact that they support the local high school and have a athlete of the week posted in their store.
If you haven't tried Otter's make it a priority and go visit. It's at the west side of the Avenues of West Cobb.
Had lunch the other day with a person that's ever been daughters. She really like the wrap and enjoy the environment. The staff is always so friendly, engaging in a make you feel really special.
I've had a chance to be greeted by Amanda several times over the last few visits she makes you feel at home.
Also have the chicken buffalo dip which is a great...
Read moreThis goes out to the owner and all West Cobb patrons. While the food is good the waitresses/hostesses/bartenders are terrible, and this is not based on just one visit.
The latest visit I sat at the bar to order a drink and some food. I watched four young ladies gossip for the longest time before anyone acknowledged my existence. Once I got my drink I asked if the bar could be wiped down (because it's always dirty and sticky). So she uses a Clorox wipe and leaves it wet where I have to wipe it dry with napkins before I can set down my arms or phone.
I planned to eat there but once I realized there was no TV in this so-called sports-themed restaurant with Stanley Cup game 4 I decided to order to-go. Once I got my food the bag was double-knotted so I could not even inspect it before leaving. I guess that's why I was the only one at the bar except more young gossipy friends.
Again I like the food but i feel there needs to be more management and customer appreciation. I can't believe I'm the only one but I'll probably try the Kennesaw location or even switch...
Read moreWhen I walked in (first time here) I was greeted by Kelsey. She was incredibly professional and helpful and even smiled (GASP!!) I was blown away by the staff here. The other young ladies here were also friendly and smiled. I'm pretty well used to other restaurants where the staff shuffles around and doesn't even look at you let alone make you feel welcome. However, I've been setting here at the bar for the last half hour observing the young ladies working and am truly impressed. They seem like they actually want to be here and are smiling and waiving at little kids, treating everyone professionally and cleaning in between customers. Wow! It's just so incredibly rare to see a restaurant staff who has it this together! Congratulations and my hats off to the owner of this place. The food was served quickly and was very decent (maybe a little high priced)...but I'll gladly pay the price for level of service I got here today....
