This review is for the lady with the prison tattoos on her neck and chest that was working the drive-thru. You’re working at Popeyes. I know you hate your life, but when you go home, take a look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why you treat other people with disrespect. Is it money problems? Is it just because you’re too good to be working where you are? Either way, you were extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Long story short; I pull up to the drive-thru speaker, and an automated voice asks me if I’m a rewards member. I say no, I have a mobile app order. Drive-thru automated voice says “pull around to the window”. Great. I pull around and am greeted with the wonderfully salty attitude from Prison Tatts herself. She says “did you order at the speaker” I respond with “yes, I have a mobile order for (blah blah)” and she immediately hits me with a face of resentment. A few seconds later they hand me my order and she says to me “Next time place your order at the speaker before you pull up to the window”. I respond “I did. I was told to pull around”. I was met with her annoyed response “oh okay” and then she just closes the window.
The reason I’m leaving this review is only because my words in this post won’t do much justice in demonstrating the amount of attitude I got from this miserable person. But I’m leaving the review just because I know someone who knows her will read it and will definitely go “I know exactly who you’re talking about” because I’m confident this isn’t the first time this wonderful lady has shown her lovely customer service personality to others.
People will ask “is it worth leaving a review on a minimum wage worker who will probably not be working there in two weeks?” And my answer to that is always “Yes. Because all this proves is that fast food workers think they deserve more pay for basically doing absolutely nothing but collecting a meager paycheck to get more stupid tattoos on their neck.”’ Lol

Read moreOrdered online, they sent the sides and no entree. Couldn’t get assistance over the phone or in store, only by email. So I take a break and drive to the store thinking they’d see it was a mistake and help fix it. The manager, Marquita was very loud and rude. She didn’t have any customer service what so ever. And proceeded to speak about me as I was leaving the store. I honestly don’t understand the purpose of hiring someone that can’t or simply refuses to do anything to resolve an issue. Or someone working at a place they clearly hate or are too incompetent to do it well. Just refer you to the online site to complain or request a refund not even a 800 number. I’m usually very understanding but her tone, attitude and lack of professionalism really pissed me off to be honest and I want to make sure My voice is heard.
Not to mention the biscuits taste old, drink was flat and I didn’t even taste the sides. Waste of time and money. Now I have to wait on a email from God knows who in regards to my refund. When she could’ve just made my order right there. Really great system...
Read moreOMG!! I have never encountered such POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in my 72 years on this planet. I went to this location on 12/3. Apparently they were having trouble with their Debit card terminal. They ran my debit card 3x. The first 2x the terminal timed out. That’s their equipment issue. Finally, after the third time, they asked me for another card. After receiving my order, I realized two (2) separate cards were charged for the same purchase. The young man asked that I come see his manager the next day. I was met with a Rude, Unprofessional and Condescending woman named Marquita. She did not listen to what the issue was. She kept insisting that Their system would not allow the error which had occurred to happen. She asked that I provide proof. The next day I did. Then she requested bank statements. Mind you, I’m burning gas!! Hello,… today most people don’t get paper statements!! All this over $9.00. Needless to say, she shouldn’t be managing a Roach Motel, let alone a place that serves food. I’ll let my bank deal with that level of ignorance. I’m DONE...
