I should have read the reviews before I entered this establishment! This owner has a history of treating black ppl like my experience that I am sharing here! We no longer have this restaurant in Ohio & saw this place on the way to charge my car at the Tesla supercharger station next door. So I walked in a was greeted by two ladies and I advised them that I would be right back because I needed to wash my hands, only to walk all the way to the rear to find that you need a passcode to us the restroom. I re return to the counter and the two ladies were no longer there, but another lady in the connecting Cinnabon told me that I needed to get the passcode off the receipt and she would not allow me to use the restroom so I went to the place next-door and to use the restroom and then I left and came back and now I’m about to get their names. Update the lady that denied me used of the restroom prior to ordering my food said her names was Andrea and that she is the owner! With that being said I highly recommended skipping this place based on my experience. There’s a great bagel shop next door that doesn’t mind you using the restroom before you place the order! The Schlotzsky’s owner is rude and I would never support that business due to her unfriendly behavior, unkind and unprofessional attitude against black women. Because she doesn’t know me so why else would she treat me like that as a customer?!

I've always wanted to try this place. I ordered the original medium-sized sized on sourdough bread. The small size would be perfect for lunch, but I always want leftovers, so u opted for a bigger size. It comes with ham, salami, three cheese, olive, lettuce , tomato, onion, mustard, and their signature sauce. I added jalapeno and banana peppers. I also ordered a side of their signature sauce. To me, it tastes like an Italian vinaigrette mixed with a garlic butter. It's pretty tasty. The sandwich came warm. The sourdough bread was soft but still had a good bite to it. They scored a 100 on their health score, which is a bonus! The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Will definitely be back to try more. They have so many options to choose from.

Stopped by this location on my way home to pick up dinner for everyone. I ordered 2 Large Angus Pastrami & Swiss sandwiches and a medium Original no lettuce. Both mine and my son's Pastrami sandwiches were severely lacking meat, and my wife's sandwich was missing the Genoa and Cotto salami as well as the mustard and signature dressing. This had to have been one of the worst experiences ever; especially after spending almost $60.

Being from Austin TX I love Schlotzskys however, this place does not represent them at all! I feel no matter what time an order is placed it should always be fresh. I ordered The Orginal & Tomato Basil Soup and The Cuban for my husband he wanted the wild rice and chicken soup I was told that they didn't have any...( my husband only eats Schlotzskys on the occasions I eat at Schlotzskys ) as well as a cookie. The sandwiches had little to no meat the soup taste like parmesan cheese and was cold and the cookie taste of old baking sheet. Being that this location had already closed for the night. I had to call about my issues the next day. When I called in the phone was answered by the same gentleman who had taken my order he even remembered my husband's name from there the conversation quickly changed once I told the manager about my experience.

I asked for a refund and even told him I still had the food to return if he wanted it back so that I could get a refund. I was suddenly told he needed to call me back as it was a lunch rush hour. This was at 12:30 I still have not heard back from him.

Great customer service goes beyond taking...

I would give a 0 for customer service if I could! Yesterday my husband and I went to this location with our 3 year old. As I was waiting to order my food we asked where the bathroom was located and the lady at the registered stated a code would be at the bottom of the receipt after we ordered. My 3 yr old had to go so bad and couldn’t hold it while I ordered, so my husband had to take him somewhere else. This was so rude and unnecessary considering the fact we told them we were buying food and not just trying to use their restroom. Later, I had to use the bathroom and another girl gave me the code from a piece of paper that was literally sitting behind the counter. So technically she could have given it before the receipt printed. Nevertheless, the attitudes were horrible, dry and condescending. Once the food was brought to the table, my husband said thanks to the worker and she walked away without saying anything. The blank stares and hostile demeanor that was shown is the reason why I would NEVER visit this location again nor refer anyone to this location either. Please, please retrain your staff on smiling and...
