Unbelievable ! I had my mind made up to give Sonic another try after being disappointed the previous two visit (not receiving the correct order) I was the 5th car in line at the drive through. Saying to myself great since I have a hour lunch break . Decided to keep my place in line . Every visit to this Sonic I’ve changed my orders due to insufficiency no onion rings or milkshake machine down etc. etc. . I spent nearly 45 minutes in line . Finally at drive through window to pickup order. My fries were cold. Not being rude . Saying my fries are cold . Waiting there another 5 or so minutes for fresh fries, order taker asked for my burger back . I’m assuming they’d given me the wrong sandwich. Finally my order was replaced. Upon eating my burger I noticed there wasn’t any dressing on sandwich. Just bread an meat . I give up Sonic . Shouldn’t have to deal with continuously being dissatisfied/disappointed with your service on every visit at every multiple locations in Albany Ga. on Ledo Rd. adjacent to Walmart. I’m not placing blame on the employees. I’m sure they’re doing their best , no one should have to come to work to deal with hostile customers. Read moreThis sonic is not the worst ever, but has a good bit of room for improvement. The app rarely works right (which is the developers fault), I once waited 45 minutes after telling them I had arrived and still no food. Went through drive thru and they told me to pull into a spot. It was brought out finally and the food was clearly very old. Usually takes awhile to get food out, and nobody is on the same page. Sometimes they do refills on slushees, sometimes they say they don’t do that. I’m guessing management is the issue. I came today to get new bursting bubbles and they were out. I understand they’re new and a lot of people probably came to get them, but they seem to be out of stuff a lot at this location. Employees are about what you’d expect at a fast food place, most are not properly trained. There was a guy who used to work here who was AMAZING but I’m sure (I hope) he went on to better things. Read moreI ordered the classic double combo for $2.99 and my double cheeseburger was add onion and my tots extra crispy. My tots were cooked correctly; however, my burger didn't have the onions and the meat patties were both cold and dried out. The cheese wasn't even melted and the burger appeared as if it had been sitting around and needed to be thrown out. Once, I arrived to my destination and discovered the issue in regards to my poorly cooked, old and stale burger...I attempted to contact the store and the line remained busy. I called multiple times and was unsuccessful. I didn't return to the location because I was across town and it would have inconvenienced me, that's why I made the necessary attempts to contact them.
