This afternoon me and my daughter decided to visit your establishment and get some sandwiches to go. We were going to take them on a picnic at the park. When we first walked into the store we were greeted with boxes all over the floor. There was nowhere to stand except for a small spot in front of the register, we couldn't get to the chip rack or the counter. I found this odd seeing that it was 1pm a Thursday, peek lunch hours. I let this go quickly because I'm not a picky person and we were just ready to get our lunch. After a somewhat difficult time ordering we received our food and left. Once we reached our destination, about 10 minutes away, we sat down to our lunch. My excited three year old unwrapped her sandwich and went to take a big bite. It was at this point that I noticed something strange on the back of her bread, so I took the sandwich from my hungry child to observe further. My suspicions were correct, there was green fuzzy mold on the back of her sub. Now this was a little unsettling, but I manage a restaurant and understand that sometimes things happen. I also know that if I had a customer who received food with mold on it I would want to know immediately. With this in mind I decided to give the restaurant a call and just give them a friendly heads up. This is when everything started to get shaky and spiral downhill quickly. When the woman answered the phone I was immediately hit with rudeness. I calmly tried to explain the situation at which point I was cut off and told that it was impossible for there to be mold on the bread. I tried to regain some composure and re-explain the situation. Once again I was cut off and told that I was more than welcome to bring the sandwich in to prove that there was mold if I wanted a sandwich or refund. I told her I did not want or expect anything in return I was just trying to give them a heads up so no one else received moldy bread. She then told me there was no possible way for there to be mold on the bread and that I could bring it in if I desired. I explained to her that we were over 10 minutes away and I did not want to return to the store. I went on to explain to her that I had pictures of the bread and that if she would rather me post this on to social media and let everyone know, I could do that. At this point she told me no. No I would not post this on social media because it was not true. I was shocked at this response and asked her if she was insinuating that I was a liar. She continued to say ma'am this is impossible this is not the truth. With this being said I will be posting pictures to show that I am not a liar and at this establishment probably needs to be shut down. Not only are they rude but it seems to be that they are unsanitary and they don't seem to care. I enjoy Subway for the most part but this is derailed me from ever wanting to go back again. Needless to say my daughter and I did not...
Read moreI have lived in Stockbridge for 11 years. I lived and worked near this location. I made a promise to myself to never go back to this location a loooooong time ago. I was in a pinch last night. I decided to go, for times sake. This location HAS NOT CHANGED! The associates wouldn’t take my coupon. I asked for a manager, the two people working were short and rude and hard to understand, never the less the women said that the manager was “out of country”. I said “ok?, who is in charge?”. 🤔Neither one of these people could answer me!?! Can anyone explain to me how someone can run a business without management? Please don’t go to this location if you want them gone. That’s the only way we can get them to leave is to boycott this subway! I miss the 90’s! People like this should not be allowed to run...
Read moreThere is one employee, an older lady with glasses, that is very rude to me in particular from a situation that happened with my boss that I get lunch for. The incident happened almost a year ago. I came in today to get a sandwich for myself and my boss. The lady was making my boss' sandwich and rudely brought up the fact that she knew who the sandwich was for and told me she isn't allowed to put extra vegetables on her sandwich. Another man working there was telling her to be quiet. I thought this was very unprofessional of her and even told her I didn't mind paying more for the extra vegetables. Subway is my absolute favorite restaurant and this particular location is close to my work. I do not feel comfortable returning to this location because of the inappropriate service that was given...
