I wish there was a way to leave this review without giving any stars at all. Yesterday I attempted to do a simple exchange . I had my recƩipt ,the tagged items , and I was within the 7 day grace period. I handed my things to BEYONKA , the "manager" who proceeds to tell me my items SKU number don't match the ones on my receipt . I knew this was impossible cause I just brought the clothing a few days ago . So she handed me everything back and said she couldn't do the exchange . I then looked at the receipt & the sku numbers did infact match. I asked her to look at the receipt/ items again cause perhaps she overlooked something . At this very moment BEYONKA the "manager" began to yell like a total maniac stating that she was NOT going to look at the receipt & she knows her job. She said nobody ain't gonna tell her how to do her job & I can take my items to another store & let them figure it out!" Mind you there were also other customers in the store so I assumed her yelling was to create a show. I then turned to the other person behind the counter and asked if she could assist me & she flat out said No , because she was busy doing something else. I've been coming to this Rainbow for TEN YEARS. I promise I'll never step foot in there until BEYONKA is gone. She is rude, arrogant , ignorant, incompetent ,& clearly lacks the ability to effectively communicate . She isn't fit to manage anything far as I'm concerned. Anyway upon calling corporate office right there in the store , they received my email and clearly saw my sku numbers matched. They told her to give me a refund but for whatever reason her assistant ( who refused to help me the 1st time) said the system would only give me a store credit . All the while BEYONKA was on the phone with the district manager attempting to plead her case while LYING & stating I had a different receipt. The lack of integrity from both employees is disgusting . Two teenagers could have done a better job than both of them . By the way NO ONE EVER APOLOGIZED TO ME , which is one of the very first things you learn when working in a customer relations environment . I hope this review gets read by someone who actually cares about the customers cause clearly your employees, manager, and obviously the DM of the Hudson Bridge location , Do Not !!!!!! I am EXTREMELY disturbed about the way I was treated & if you so happen to read the other reviews posted, you'll see that BEYONKA the "manager" is quite comfortable with treating customers less than satisfactory .
