The onsite Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. My coworker ordered the Cajun filet sandwich combo which is how it was listed on the monitor in front of the cash register. When trying to explain that he did not want the biscuit but indeed, the sandwich to the lady who said everyone calls her mama, the store manager decided to yell across the dining room, sir you ordered a biscuit. It’s a number one as he explained no ma’am on your screen it says it’s a sandwich. The store manager continue to argue with him instead of coming to verify the screen however, the lady working the cash register did verify, and she did see exactly what he was asking for an apologized for her supervisors response. The manager then proceeds to go behind the counter and continue to ask him are you sure you don’t want a biscuit. It’s called Cajun biscuit or do you want it on a sandwich bun very rudely and very unprofessionally again he advised her that he wanted the sandwich not a biscuit at this point. I was making my drink and I came and stood next to my coworker, saying nothing and she kept mouthing off so I then said I just don’t understand what the problem is. I asked her for her general manager and district manager’s contact information and I was then told she was not allowed to provide that to me, but I could then call the store and attempt to reach her in the morning. Today is the morning and I called and I was advised that the general manager was not in store and did not know when she would be in store nor were they able to provide me anyway to contact someone other than the manager that I had previously spoken to. I wish I would have looked at these reviews before stopping here. We asked for honey mustard with the chicken tenders and they didn't have it. Asked to make my sandwich a club and they didn't have tomatoes. Asked for mashed potatoes and gravy and it wasn't in the box. When we did get it, there was no gravy. The fries were inedible, cold, super hard, and in a bunch of tiny pieces. Asked for a lemonade with no ice and my cup was full of ice. Although we had chicken, sandwiches and these sides, we weren't given napkins or spoons. I asked for a chicken sandwich meal with a regular fry and family rice. Instead of ringing it as a meal with fries and lemonade, and adding the large rice, everything was rung separately. And the skinny, light skinned lady had the audacity to pop her gums about what I asked for when I came in to speak to the manager. I'm well aware of what I ordered, as I order the same meals for my family and I every time I visit a Bojangle's location and never have I had an issue with being rung up that way. It's no wonder that they are in fast food working for pennies on the dollar, they're all dim-witted. The second star is for the way the manager handled my issue with the pricing. Had I checked my food for quality before leaving I'm sure he would have fixed that as well. Also, the dirty rice was good. Do not go here unless you wanna wait 20 minutes for a very simple chicken strip meal I was told to pull up and it already took 10 minutes just to get to the window and for them to talk to me when there was only one person in front of me. And speaking of that one person, it was an older white woman who was not made to pull up, but my order I was told to pull up and we both had cooked food. It was very disappointing because when I pulled up to the window originally they never even told me to wait. I was just sitting there for five minutes in silence until I said hello three times. Then once I got to the window, I had to sit there for another three minutes of silence while she spoke to everyone in the kitchen about not having wings. If this place is a fast food restaurant needs to be closed down or a change to a sit down restaurant because there is nothing fast about it. The staff seem very knowledgeable and moves very slow with no concern for the customers time. The only reason why I stopped there is because there was an empty parking lot and I have to pick my daughter up from school and I wanted to get her some food before I got there unfortunately because I was told I needed to pull up.
