I didn’t even want to give 1 star. 0/10 - WILL NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. Where do I even start?! I put in a maintenance request on Wednesday due to having a clogged toilet that was backing up into my tub. I got a call saying the plumbers will come out within a couple hours to fix the issue. They did not arrive to my apartment until 2:45am THURSDAY MORNING. I have a 1 year old son!! I would be INSANE to answer the door at that time while we’re in bed sleeping. I got a call from the maintenance workers around 8:30am Thursday morning asking if the plumbers came. I explained to them that they will need to get someone else to come out because they tried to come in the wee hours of the morning, which is very unprofessional. They then showed up at 11 and needed to suction out the blockage. This problem was created from other tenants that’s in my apartment building - not my issue. They continued to come in and out of my apartment, leaving unsanitary fluids on my floor stating they’ll be back in 30 minute increments. After the 1st time leaving, they returned 45 minutes later and walked straight into my house without acknowledging they were coming in!!! No knocking or doorbell ring - nothing!!! The 2nd time leaving, they said they would return in 30 minutes. They never returned after that. I had to make another maintenance request for them to return and clean my bathroom! They left sewage stains in my tub, a hole in my wall, and a dirty toilet and dirty plumbing utensils in my trashcan. My next door neighbors toilet is damaged from them attempting to remove the blockage….. and I’m still without a toilet. Unsanitary & Unprofessional!!! DO. NOT. WASTE...
Read moreI called yesterday at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon about an emergency in my house one of the pipes on my garage ceiling broke and the whole garage flooded and the ceiling collapsed. The company that a lease from use Creative as the contractor to fix this type of emergencies so the open a ticket with them . I contacted them as soon the incident occurred and the told me tbey would send someone on Christmas Eve to fix this . I had no water on the entirety house and of course i cant use the hot water either. Was 10 degrees outside and no hot water at all . But I waited patiently but nobody arrived . Is been already more than 24 hours and nobody come over to fix this issue, nobody contacted us , no even an courtesy call. I call several times and no answer, finally around 4:00 o’clock someone name Jesse answer being super rude , he literally talk back like he didnt even care about out situation. I explained i have kids and no water at all and he was like acting like was not a concern at all to him and when i ask for his full name he hung up. This is really unprofessional, rude and disrespectful to dont care about something so important like having a whole family without water with this temperature outside ,for more than 24 hours . Creative as a professional business we should train your employees to be more caring, respectful and professional on this type of situation. Read moreWhile Michael did a good job with the carpet cleaning itself, his conduct during the service left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
Throughout the appointment, Michael repeatedly insisted that I had pets in the rental property (previous residents had multiple dogs). Despite my clear response that I do not even replying “I’m a plant mom”, he continued pressing the issue and even went so far as to suggest that I had “removed evidence of them.” This was not only incorrect but also inappropriate and off-putting. I was taken aback by his persistence, especially in the presence of two other cleaners, who themselves paused to look at him in disbelief at how far he was pushing the matter.
I remained composed during the interaction, but I feel it’s important to bring this to your attention. A technician’s job is to provide a professional service, not to challenge or interrogate customers about their personal living situation. While I appreciate the quality of the cleaning, this aspect of the experience was disappointing.
