I've been to this location several times and have always been disappointed with the service. Today, they took it to a new level. When I pulled up to the drive through there were two cars in front of me. After about 5 minutes the first car drove on, and the 2nd vehicle went fairly quickly. It took another 5 minutes to place my order and, after asking my order, the cashier went silent for a full minute and then said, "What was your order again?"
I drive around and the car that was first in line has now pulled back around and is between me and the vehicle that was in front of me. It takes a full 15 minutes for the first vehicle to get their order, so I assume mine will be ready quicker since there was already a long wait. Once the first vehicle pulls off the other car pulls up and starts arguing with the cashier about wanting to place an order, apparently they hadn't ordered before and just left, but then saw other vehicles ordering so they came back around. The argument took another few minutes of the cashier saying she couldn't take her order and the lady asking why not. She finally left.
Once I got to the window the cashier immediately took my payment... and then completely disappeared for a solid 10 minutes. By the time I got my order I had been in the drive through for nearly 30 minutes. I would have left if they hadn't already taken my money.
I get the order, and half of it is missing, so I drive around and go in the store. The prep area was filthy with a large pile of food that had been swept up and then left there with the broom leaning over it. I get the rest of my order and leave.
Once I get home I see they have burnt my Quesarito to a crisp in the grill plus, what was supposed to be Nashville hot chicken was BBQ, the biscuit was left out, and the potato wedges are a soggy, nasty mess.
This is one of the worst KFC or Taco Bell restaurants I've ever been to and service is very consistently horrible. I should quit punishing myself and just not...
Read moreWorst of both worlds. I don’t think that’s much of a surprise to most, however I say that with already lowered expectations.
It’s a toss up which menu will be available, often times they begin with “KFC only”. And even then the menu is incredibly limited. Food from either side is lukewarm at best, and if they’re serving Taco Bell I guarantee you the ingredients have been sitting out since that morning (especially true for their refried beans). Don’t bother asking for special add-ons or accommodations, as they’ll just agree and not do it. You’ll have better luck getting what you want by ordering the opposite, yes it’s that bad.
Stand-alone pop-up advertisements before you pull up to the speaker? Oh, they don’t serve that anymore. Might want to take the sign down then. It’s hard to blame the staff when you begin to imagine what they’re being paid, but awkwardly handing the food over without uttering a single word should not be a thing. I guess I’m good to go then, thanks?
Hard to imagine this spot has a general manager at all, and I’d put money on the fact that the owner completely neglects the existence of this location. Just sad to see really. Please pay your employees enough for them to even slightly care, or bulldoze the joint and replace it with a...
Read moreManagement matters, previous management was bad, and Service and food was horrible, now even after reopening, new management is still horrible. GM NEEDS TO GO! they have gotten our orders wrong constantly, and the GM herself (Emily I believe) refuses to admit mistake. Then tells me I can’t have a replacement because it’s been over seven days based on corporate policy, when I asked for her name, she shut the drive-through window. If you order from here, you will likely not get what you ordered, they put whatever they feel on anything, sour cream randomly, chicken on beef items, just whatever they feel like. And if you ask the GM, she says that’s what it’s supposed to have, gets defensive, rude. I would love for someone from corporate reach out to me, pull the video from the interaction so they can see firsthand. With the history of this location, they can’t afford this type of behavior, If they want to succeed. I’m adding a picture of a tostada with sour cream which it is not supposed to...
