I don’t know if this spot lost its liquor license or what but something about my dining experience just didn’t sit right with me. The menu indicated that I was getting two of strongest daiquiris sold, yet after drinking almost all of my drink, the taste of concentrated juice was never ending. I basically paid $13 for a large slushie. Then my grandfather ordered a frozen margarita and I kid not, it tasted like straight sour mix. I proceeded to ask for a shot to add to my slushie and the waitress stated “we aren’t serving any wine, beer, or mixed drinks, we don’t have any shots.” I mean.. I’m not a rocket scientist but… I don’t know how.. the daiquiri spot (with a drink menu that covers the full front of the menu).. isn’t selling any alcohol and they still possess a license. Common courtesy would be to inform people before wasting $200 on drinks and “unlimited” crab legs. I say “unlimited” because in my mind, unlimited means when I ask my waitress for more, some are coming out within a few moments. Here? “He’s coming around” and “he” is only bringing out one cluster every 45 min-1 hr out of a painters bucket. Won’t be back and would definitely not recommend. Y’all gotta do better. Folks paying their hard earned money to enjoy a dining experience— would you want someone bluffing you?

Do yourself a favor and visit any other daiquiri factory besides this one. There are so many reasons as to why you can go to a better one for instants. If you have an event or something special happening, say for instants, all you can eat crab legs, there should be signs they should be knowledgeable, hostesses, who can tell you how much time you have or if you can even order crab legs if you’re on the wait list. Also, their descriptions of food on the menu aren’t realistic. The waitress is are not the best depending on what time you get there in the manager there is basically a waitress because she was useless as far as the food the jalapeño cheddar cry bites are disgusting. Go to J Jay’s get some crab bites. I ordered the crab broil in the waitress thought I ordered the appetizer broil so when I resent it and got something back, it took them literally 30 minutes to bring me something back. I didn’t order the Po boy and I will enter the picture of what they gave me once again, go to any other doctor factory, but that one that one is terrible.

I was really excited about visiting this new Stockbridge spot. I went yesterday, Friday evening. It was not crowded. We walked in and was seated immediately. We asked for the middle seating but was told that area was reserved. We ordered 2 XL Daiquiris and appetizers- loaded fries and crab jalapeños bites. About 3 minutes later, the waitress came back and said they were running low on the XL glasses ( I counted 6 XL glasses on tables. I thought to my self " so they only have 6 XL glasses, wow") We ordered large. 10 minutes later, our drinks came. We ordered what supposed to have been from their strongest list. THE DRINKS TASTED LIKE FROZEN KOOL AID. Then came our appetizers with no utensils. We had to ask for at least forks. The crab bites didn't come with sauce. They looked and tasted like the frozen appetizers purchased from Walmart. The loaded fries had chili and melted Velveeta cheese on it. The chili tasted awful. Canned Hormel Chili tastes better.

All of the reviews are completely spot on regarding the horrible service. We saw the reviews but decided to check it our for ourselves. Our server, Latesha R was horrible. Not only was she not at all personable, she was very slow with the service and forgetful of our requests. She came to check on us only a few times while dining in. My brother had to get up a few times to advise someone we needed things because she was nowhere to be found. Not at one time did she ever asked us if we needed anything because 90% of the time, we had to flag her down for service. And when she did come, no words came out of her mouth; she just stood there waiting for us to tell her what we needed. A few ladies came in and sat at the table next to us. Latesha resurfaced and served them quickly and visited the table often until they left. It was obvious the ladies at that table were her friends, smh. We patiently waited approximately 30 minutes for her to come back to the table so that we could get our bill but of course, she never came back! We had to flag down another waitress to get her to bring us the bill.

On the other had, we were there for the Unlimited crab legs on Mondays. First, the restaurant does NOT offer any crab cracker tools. Also, they are very skimpy on the portions and they limit how much you get. There is a little gentleman that walks around the restaurant every 25 mins with a utility bucket of crab legs and put ONE “small” cluster of crab on your plate. The event is supposed to be from 4p-9p, however, they stopped serving them at 8:15p (they were not sold out).

We probably won’t visit this establishment again unless new owners come in and do a complete reset on the place. The drinks are pretty good, but the service and food is substandard. If im spending money, I would like to at the very least be treated like im valued as a customer. Its wayyy too many establishments in the Metro ATL area to waist money on horrible service and...

I live within a 5 mile radius of the Daiquiri Factory and I've been awaiting the grand opening and was anticipating on being a regular customer. Unfortunately my 1st experience was less than pleasant. The drinks and waitress were awesome!!! However I can't say the same about the quality of the food. I ordered the wings and waffle entree and I was beyond disappointed. The hostess noticed the displeasure and asked what was the problem. She immediately noticed the chicken and stated that she had never seen any chicken that size. Additionally, the chicken was poorly prepared, undercooked (probably due in part to the large size of the chicken), and simply not the quality of food that should be served to patrons. I had difficulty breaking the chicken apart bc it was large and rubbery. The manager initially said that they tore the chicken apart and that it was cooked (ok sure sir) and that I could order another meal. I went with the Shrimp Po Boy sandwich which was the same price. To my surprise he returned seconds later and said that I would have to also pay for half of the chicken and waffle meal because I had eaten some of the waffle. My intent is to never receive free meals however I don't desire to pay for food that is not worthy of being served to customers. We also ordered an 8 piece lemon pepper wing which was barely eaten however we didn't even complain about the poor taste of those wings as they were cooked thoroughly but just weren't good. The waitress and hostess were apologetic but not the manager. This will be my first and last time patronizing this establishment and I will certainly not recommend this place to anyone else. I am a huge supporter of black owned businesses however the lack of business acumen and customer service on behalf of the manager will not allow me to step foot into the Daiquiri Factory again. $7.50 for a half eaten "Leggo My Eggo"!! Stand on principles and not...

I came here when it first opened. It was lit and packed per usual of a new location. But here it is today we were tryna find a place we could have some drinks, food, music and good vibes. Well they said seat yourself. So we did. Outside on the patio. I sat down and my wife used the bathroom. She came back to the table and I used the bathroom. As I went to open the door, the outdoor waitress was going out with drinks for the other pair outside. We were the only 2 pairs outside. No crowd at all. So I was a gentleman and held the door for her. She looked at me as I smiled and rolled her eyes and never once said a word as if I owed her to hold the door open. I came right back not even 5 mins in the restroom. We already knew what we wanted to drink so we sat there talking and before you know it, 20 mins passed by. So another pair came and sat outdoors. (As they found a table the waitress... that was rude when i opened the door... steady was catering to the other pair, ignoring service for us.) Well right behind them, was a guy who was first inside sitting down on his phone, brought waters to them. I hollered "excuse me sir, we have been here for 20 mins and not a soul has a word to us." He said, "well i am now, whats up?" I didnt like the comment but I held myself together and asked did they have peach. Nope they didnt. They had flavors i never heard of. Cool. So my wife asked did they have pineapple and he said no. She his attitude and tone was already off....long story...lol. we left. He walked in front of us as we left and u can still see him with a attitude, no sense of compassion. Throwing shit in the trash with a dude, slamming down order notebook, etc. Body language said it all.... I just...
