I came to this Kroger earlier this evening while staying at a nearby hotel. I run a 24/7 daycare, so I stopped by to grab some fresh fruits and veggies for the kids. The younger employees working were very kind and helpful, but when my phone died right before I could use Apple Pay, the experience took a turn.
I politely asked the manager (a woman possibly in her late 40s or early 50s) if there was a charger I could borrow just to power my phone enough to finish paying. Instead of offering any solution or empathy, she simply said I could purchase one, no effort to help, no understanding at all.
What happened to genuine customer service? I grew up in a time when stores had that friendly, neighborhood feel, and people actually cared about helping customers. Sadly, thatās missing here.
Iām not upset at the staff, they were great but I hope management remembers that kindness and courtesy go a long way. With so much competition from delivery apps and online shopping, the stores that will last are the ones that make people want to walk in and shop.
While Iāll come here when Iām nearby, this wonāt be one of the Kroger locations I go out of my way to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had called Wellstar of Stockbridge and got an answering service which was very helpful and was told me to just walk in I reached there around 1:45pm, the place was clean and no lines. The receptionist was very friendly; polite and helpful. While filling out the necessary forms (my first time there) I was directed to a screening room where my vitals were taken. Approximately 2:15pm I was seen by K. Saunders, NP who was very courteous and professional. I was asked the reason for my visit and I told her that I believe that I was bitten on my face which was really swollen and very painful, she examined me and gave her prognosis but before her recommendation I gave her my list of antibiotics that I'm allergic to. The prescription was faxed over to Walmart Pharmacy. She had prescribed an antibiotic that I've never used before and you know what, there was no allergic reaction, thank God. I just wanted to say thank you to Saunders, NP. I definitely recommend this urgent care facility and...
