Rainbow Shops — Local services in Stockbridge

This was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had at Rainbow. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the lead associate at the register was on speakerphone, speaking loudly as if she wasn’t even at work.

She had long pink nails, brown skin, braces, and wore two chain necklaces one with a “D” initial. I honestly wish I had been a secret shopper during this visit.

To make matters worse, another employee was present but failed to acknowledge a single customer.

Please do better, Rainbow staff. I truly hope corporate sees this—actually, I’ll make sure they do. This location clearly needs a more effective training program implemented immediately.

Went into the store today to look for a pair of pink flat sandles and was not greeted at all, no one else was in the store except for the two associates who looked as if they were unhappy to be there ☹️ though I felt very uneasy being there I did find two pair of sandals that I wanted to purchase but the atmosphere was very raw... So I politely turned around and went elsewhere to shop. Need better CUSTOMER...

Rainbow is organized by juniors and plus sized areas. They have plenty of clothing selections from gatherings to casual wear. They also have a lot of sandals to select from. The atmosphere is clean and fresh when you step in and the clothing is presentable. Also on some of the mannequins, they already have bags that match the outfit, which I find helpful...
