This was by far the worst shopping experience Iâve ever had at Rainbow. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the lead associate at the register was on speakerphone, speaking loudly as if she wasnât even at work.
She had long pink nails, brown skin, braces, and wore two chain necklaces one with a âDâ initial. I honestly wish I had been a secret shopper during this visit.
To make matters worse, another employee was present but failed to acknowledge a single customer.
Please do better, Rainbow staff. I truly hope corporate sees thisâactually, Iâll make sure they do. This location clearly needs a more effective training program implemented immediately.

   Read moreRainbow is organized by juniors and plus sized areas. They have plenty of clothing selections from gatherings to casual wear. They also have a lot of sandals to select from. The atmosphere is clean and fresh when you step in and the clothing is presentable. Also on some of the mannequins, they already have bags that match the outfit, which I find helpful...
