I would really investigate and think twice before you buy furniture from American Home Sales & Lease in Stockbridge, GA. We leased a living room set from there and when it arrived I thought maybe it looked a little dirty but maybe that’s because it looked different in the store. But then less than five minutes later, ROACHES STARTED RUNNING OUT EVERYWHERE!! I called the store and the manager Tim had the delivery guys turn around and come back. (They weren’t even out of the complex yet by the time the roached ran crazy). Then Tim talked to my husband to give them another chance which my husband agreed and when they delivered the next set I was pleased at first. But then that same night we all got bit up by bed bugs. YES BED BUGS! All over our back from sitting on the couch. I called the store screaming and when the delivery guys showed up to take the furniture they even pointed out the bed bugs crawling up my living room wall from behind the couch. Now needless to say the manager Tim was nice and understanding and gave us our money back and paid to have our home fumigated but that doesn’t excuse selling furniture full of bugs. We haven’t bought a new Living room set since this happened because we’re so afraid. I just think they need to clean out their entire store...

I have had the worse experience with the king size bed I ordered. They sent 2 incompetent guy to set up the bed after they left apparently they didn’t have the right parts because the 1st night of me and my boyfriend sleeping on it, it was coming apart felt like we were falling through the bed which was completely dangerous especially in our sleep. Had to get some one the next day to come out and fix it he took a look at the bed and realized it wasn’t the right parts couple months later same situation feels like the bed is falling apart because it has wood to hold up a heavy king size mattress . Ugh at this point I just either want my money back or another bed. Also to the customer service suck whenever I would call a male would answer but there’s a woman name Raven who answers and is rude hanging up the phone on me I have to call bk transferring me in mid sentence she definitely gonna make this place lose business will her poor customer...

I received damaged furniture that was supposed to brand new. When I asked for a replacement/new set they only wanted ti take money off, but I agreed. Of course they didn’t make any note on my account about the discount, but luckily I have screen shots of our conversation. I should have pressed the issue, but that’s on me.

Also you have to watch what they charge you monthly. I’m on auto pay, but I get calls/texts regular asking to collect a payment. I guess someone manually charges it because it’s always a different amount and charged on different days each month sometimes resulting in a late fee that you’re at no fault of. I’ve literally never gotten a receipt emailed honestly. I happened to review my bank statements and noticed the different charges. It’s just annoying considering I’ve never been late and I have to call to get an understanding.
