I actually thought I'd finally found the perfect spot to get my nails done. Boy, was I wrong! If I'm spending my money, I expect to get what I asked for, not what the tech decides she feels like doing that day. I've been here about 6 times and kept booking Amy bcuz she did a great job the first time. I get an overlay over my natural nails, no tips, unless one breaks. The only time my nails break is when the overlay has been on too long, so I'm a stickler for getting it soaked off every 6 weeks. I've been requesting to have my nails soaked since Thanksgiving time. The first time she told me no, I figured it was bcuz they were busy, and she was trying to get to the money. So I purposely started making appointments on slow days bcuz I really needed a fresh overlay. Even on the slow days she should say, no you can go another 2 weeks. Mind you at this point my nails are separating from the overlay, which is how you end up with green bacteria in your actual nail bed. Even when i pointed this out she just pulled out the crazy glue to bond the nail. I drive trucks so I don't really have time to be salon shopping, so I just went with it after voicing my displeasure. As long As my nails weren't breaking on the road I figured I'd just go with it. This last time, 2 nails break, and another 1 is extremely worn and fragile to the point of CUT IT OFF and start over. Instead of cutting it off, she puts a tip on top of the weak nail. I immediately tell her I don't want that. There's no point of saving a useless nail, which already hurts, so it's only going to hurt more with a tip on it. She completely disregarded what I did and continued with that tip. I could go on and on but my point is, I have to find another nail salon and have them cut my Natural nails to start all over again. I gave it a valiant effort, but I'm not going...

I had an extremely terrible experience here, the first day I went i asked for a french tip manicure with acrylic. Then I had to return the very next day because I noticed the acrylic was already starting to lift up as if my nails were beginning to actually start popping off, which sold happen AT LEAST after the 1st week...if that, which is still not good. So on my 2nd visit i told them what my complaint was and that I was unhappy about my nails lifting up on the 2nd day since I had literally JUST got them done the day before. So they were a little busy which I understand that, but they had me waiting 1hr 45min to be exact, just to be seen. And when they did see me, i was told there would be no extra charge which I thought was good but all the guy did was shave down the acrylic nails that were lifting which made it look like I really needed another fill-in. And he told me to come back the next day since they were closing which I did. So lastly on my 3rd visit back, i got there 1st thing in the morning just like he told me and he wasn't even there after I waited for about 30min for him to show up but I had no more time on my hands to waist so i confronted the employees there, then the lady that was in charge and after i told her my story she told me that I needed to either pay $14 for my fill-in or else they were not going to do my nails!! I was so pissed and after that I just left with some ugly looking nails that looked like they been growing out for a whole 2weeks. it's a shame, they are money hungry and they don't want to help an unsatisfied customer. I was even more upset because I had to pay $24 just to get the French tip done to my nails. I had no idea my acrylic would start lifting up the next day! I will never be going back there again! It was a COMPLETE waste of money...

My sis told me about this location.Never stopped going ever since..If you wld like amazing long lasting INDIVIDUAL EYELASHES ask for ROSE$25(she is talented in EVERYTHING)..She is amazing&sometimes I wish I can bring her with me(wardrobe stylist👠👔📷) to any of wardrobe/beauty styling events in diff states/countries🌍 just so they can see her talent&appreciate her work as much as I do.. 👉(ROSE)&staff are awesome!!!!👈. People complain😩 about the wait but please stop complaining if that's all ur gonna do obviously its not going to CHANGE THE TIME OR SITUATION&y u keep coming back??!😒 So try turning that negativity into positivity(if they weren't as great then u wld have less time to wait becuz it wld just be you in there😆.. meaning THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT😤). Beauty&self image has no time or rush.. It simply takes time&I'm about quality also. NOW I KNOW THEY ARE NOT PERFECT neither is anyone but as a business everyone shld have time mgtmnt which their staff try to accommodate to anyone that made an appt or walk-in. Shout out to this location.. Will be back when I visit...
